Very helpful staff. Good location. Good value. The only downside was the internet was erratic occasionally.

Very good breakfast, location and staff. Not that comfortable for more than 2 nights.

Breakfast is incredible and nice service.

The bed was dirty the sheets were not clean with stains. Could not sleep the heater was making loud noise it would turn off and on. Other then that it was ok. Great location.

A very comfortable stay. Great value for your money. If you are looking for luxury, this is not your hotel. If you are looking to get your money’s worth and staying in a clean, nice hotel, look no further. Remember, we don’t live in hotels, it’s a place to be safe, take a shower and sleep in a clean and comfortable space. I will stay at Nikki again on my next trip to Curitiba!!!!! Thank you

The hotel is fine, people do their jobs, the breakfast is fine, its near things to see. The only thing bad is that it have fried food smell, I think it was chinesse food or something like that. One day we had to call because the hot water was not active. They have a lot of energy saving things that are annoying.

Clean rooms, comfortable bed, working A/C and Wifi. Hotel staff is welcoming and helpful. Excellent breakfast selection. We stayed 4 nights total and very happy with this hotel.

Had to move to another room as the first one was too small and didn't have the number of beds booked. We moved to the second room only to find that it only had 1 power socket for three people who needed to work. Hotel is dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Hotel staff are super friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure you have a smooth stay. The car park is across the road the hotel staff will be happy to valet your car for you. Breakfast was good. The wifi was also good.

Amazing and incredibly helpful staff, can't praise them enough. Beautiful lobby and decent breakfast. Location is close to some tourist spots and convenient to the tourist bus. Don't expect too many options in terms of good restaurants close by, however there are a couple.

Rooms need more than one power outlet, WiFi was slow, otherwise it was good.

Breakfast offered good variety and presented well. Neighborhood at times felt unsafe.

We stayed here because we'd had to change our itinerary due to an accident prior to our holiday. On arriving in a taxi from the airport we thought we'd made a mistake. Absolutely not. You enter into an old fashioned reception area and are greeted by really attentive staff. The hotels deceptive. It looks really small From the outside but there's a high rise building at the back which is where the rooms are. You can't see it from the road, we had the 13th floor. Breakfast is really good. We didn't eat in the restaurant although we did buy a couple of bottles of wine. We felt the area to be very safe. The executive bus from the airport stops around a 5 min walk from the hotel as does the Turismo bus. There's a shopping mall a 5 min walk away too with lots of eating options. The busy station is probably a good 10/15 mins walk; it's there you get the Serra Verde train,

Staff was geat! Valet parking for additional fee. Safe. Very clean. Rooms are a little small if you have large luggage. Air conditioning in our room dripped on bed at night. Beautiful hotel. We were there on Christmas and they brought a box of gingerbread cookies to our room
