The location is good, but there is always an issue, it’s a shower that’s is licking make the entire bathroom floor wet, tv disconnect, and I asked for a blanket next day I realized that the blanket was all dirty with dry nasy blood it was there before but unfortunately I didn’t see it before, extremely disgusting.

The place isn't bad, but if you stay for long period you need to pay a lot for them to clean your room, there's no basic cleaning tool for you to do yourself, bed sheets there's only one, so you need to wash yourself and there's no spare to put on bed in-between wash, the same for towels.. .. location is great

They need an App for International travelers. The concept is great but useless if you're not Brazilian.
They need to be more careful on how they clean rooms. This is a big issue and I hope they take care of it.

This hotel is not suitable for international travellers as you need to use an APP to check-in and to use any services like laundry machine or make requests. The APP is ONLY in Portuguese and the staff only speak Portuguese. Also the hotel only offers minimal supplies, even though we were staying 8 days. One bath towel per person for 8 days. A kitchen with no dish soap or drying towels. A patio with lounge chairs but no chair pads or towels. One TV on the wall at the end of the bed but only one thin pillow to put behind your back to watch in bed. This hotel might aspire to be a technology hotel like CitizenM but really misses the target.

Lugar excelente, conforto e limpeza muito bons, a única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o quarto que fui colocado, como era no segundo andar era bem barulhento, como a janela do quarto ficava próximo ao corredor de embarque da estação do metrô, a partir da 4h30 da manhã começou o barulho e tive dificuldades pra voltar a dormir. Mas retornarei numa proxima oportunidade com toda certeza!

Prédio antigo, apenas repaginado com isso as condições essenciais das instalações se sobressaem à repaginação. Quarto sujo com muito pó no armário, cheiro de esgoto vindo da pia da cozinha, microondas sujo, sem ducha higiênica (quebrou e não foi colocada), led do espelho do banheiro piscando, ausência de espelho de corpo inteiro, secador precisa ser locado e por fim elevadores quebrados. Tive que subir 13 andares pelas escadas.
