ibis Jacarei

Good.

We stayed at Ibis Jacareí for one night after visiting Guararema, on our way to São Lourenço, MG. Having previously stayed at Ibis São Bernardo do Campo, we expected the same friendly service, but instead, we encountered basic service, with staff appearing tired and showing no extra attention beyond the necessary. Since we were unfamiliar with the area, their lack of interest in helping was disappointing. Another issue was the parking fee. At check-in, we were told we had to pay, even though the reservation stated it was free. Fortunately, the morning staff confirmed it was included. The room was very basic, with worn-out towels, one smaller and even with small holes. The bed was also less comfortable than the one at Ibis São Bernardo, which also provided complimentary shampoo. However, a positive aspect was the beautiful and pleasant city view. The location was excellent, inside a shopping center that complemented the hotel's breakfast. We also enjoyed a specialty coffee at Cheirin Bão, a healthier, authentic Minas Gerais coffee. Overall, Ibis Jacareí could improve its service and comfort to match the higher standards of Ibis São Bernardo, where we had a much better experience.

Nice hotel. Very good location in the city. The male receptionists are very polite and helpful. We checked in on 15/07/2024 around 7pm and the female receptionist was rude and not helpful. We told her that our room safe box was not working and her answer was that a lot of customers were having problems with the room safe so she told us to not use it. (Very Unprofessional) The next day was a male receptionist in the front desk and he was very polite and responsive. We told him about the safe box and he sent someone to fix the safe box right away. The hotel provides a good breakfast. The room is small but functional. This is the third time we stayed at Ibis hotel and again the male receptionists were excellent, but the female receptionist need some training/workshop on how to talk to customers.

This hotel is one of a few options in town, the rooms are tiny and some of the staff is nice and helpful and some are just rude and not helpful at all.

Amazing stay… can’t wait to go back tomorrow..

I was very dissappointed that the hotel did not have the Brazilian Regular Channels (Record and SBT). We asked the staff, but they didn't know what to do or why the channels didn't work. I didn't understand why these two regular channel was not available as it is free of charge in Brazil. The TV image was not good. We were very dissapointed as we could not watch our favorite free channels in Brazil.

The bedroom was small but adequate. The shower was excellent. The building was cleaned and organized.

Dentro das opções na cidade, é razoável. Mas peca na limpeza e na atenção com o hóspede. O café da manhã, que se inicia às 6:30h, geralmente está incompleto até próximo das 7h. Café da manhã e o estacionamento são pagos à parte. A limpeza dos quartos e a lavagem da roupa de cama e travesseiros pode melhorar bastante. A localização é boa, o estacionamento coberto dentro do prédio é bom pra dias chuvosos e frios. Corredores com carpete ajuda no silêncio. Internet funciona bem.

Minha estadia foi boa. A equipe foi atenciosa e ágil no atendimento a minhas solicitações.

Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades, além de pensar sobre espaço físico devido quantidade de aptos x espaço do café.

Hotel padrão Ibis. Funcionários muito atenciosos!

Hotel bom, mas precisa melhorar muito a limpeza do restaurante e reposição de coisas no café da manhã.

Foi tudo ok....apenas uma fila um pouco demorada na chegada.

Lugar agradável, tudo muito limpo, lugar tranquilo, café da manhã maravilhoso, fiquei hospedado 2 dias, fui com minha namorada, participei de uma corrida de montanha em Igaratá, o café da manhã aos finais de semana é servido até as 11hs da manhã e isso me ajudou muito, pq participei da corrida no Domingo e pude chegar no hotel na volta e desfrutar da comida oferecida.. Único ponto que poderia melhorar é o fato de que toda vez que precisamos sair com o carro é necessário validar o ticket na recepção primeiro, sendo que já paguei as diárias no ato do check-in.

Tive uma boa estadia no Ibis Jacareí. Fui bem atendido, a limpeza do quarto foi realizada todos os dias, o café da manhã possui uma boa variedade de alimentos. A cama não é tão confortável e nem os travesseiros, mas talvez seja apenas uma questão pessoal minha de gosto. Senti falta de uma lixeira no quarto. No geral, foi uma boa estadia e, se preciso, me hospedarei novamente no hotel.

O atendimento da recepção no período noturno foi muito bom, rápido e prático. O café da manhã carece de mais cuidado e atenção, talheres e pratos molhados e sujos. Mais de 30 minutos para repor uma garrafa de leite quente, guardanapos e sachês de açúcar/adoçante faltando reposição. Em resumo, pode melhorar para ter um padrão de qualidade melhor.
