Super nos atendeu para estadia de 2 dias. Hotel bem localizado, com ótima proteção acústica por estar muito próximo ao aeroporto, quarto limpo, cama boa, serviço bom e café da manhã muito bom. Somente a conexão da TV com a internet que deixou a desejar. Fora isso, tudo ótimo.

It was normal. Could be better. This hotel is well located, accepts a lot of guests daily. But could improve the rooms. Dated, with furniture and apliances broken. Bathroom with old aspect, not so clean, very old and damaged towels. A shame...
Poor breakfast. Could be better, with more options. Always the same, and not so good quality.

Staying at the Ibis is nothing new for me, and unfortunately I was negatively surprised. I arrived in room 989, the bed was misaligned, I even sent a photo to my boyfriend and he was also surprised, the bathroom faucet was leaking water all over the sink, I was quite shocked considering the amount charged for the stay. The breakfast was ok, but in other IBIS I've stayed in they had more options. Fortunately I was on business and relied very little on the establishment, but you should know that there are others, in other states, with more affordable prices and infinitely better service.

O Hotel ficou sem luz quase 24hs. Alguns hospedes ficaram presos no elevador e tomaram banho frio. Somente o hotel estava sem luz na região. O gerador só iluminava a recepção, a padaria e lavanderia.

Quarto de tamanho bom, cama confortável, lençois bons e limpos, cobertores e travesseiros extras à disposição.
A janela não abre, por causa do isolamento sonoro para evitar o barulho do aeroporto. Não é suficiente, mas não atrapalha o sono, pois o aeroporto não funciona na madrugada. Durante do dia o barulho é semelhante a um avião passando no céu em uma cidade qualquer.
Problemas:
1. o rangido na porta do banheiro é muito alto, parece uma casa mal assombrada de filme de terror. Que custa lubrificar as portas? Pior é que dava para ouvir o rangido até dos outros quartos, o que prova que a falta de manutenção é geral.
2. A torneira tem um limitador que faz a água sair em um fio mais fino, possivelmente colocado para reduzir o volume de água. Porém, a pressão é muito forte, de modo que ao abrir a água bate no fundo da pia e sobe molhando o hóspede. Tem que reduzir a pressão da torneira. Reduzir a quantidade de água é ok, mas deixar a pressão forte traz problemas no uso. É difícil até de regular. Façam o serviço bem feito, para ficar bom para a empresa mas também para o cliente.

I really dont like to do a bad evaluation, but Regretably cleanliness was really poor. Entrance, halls in anyhwere was dirty and with a terrible odour. The room was with a smeling like if a group of 100 people were training in a gym without take a bath for a month. Really was almost impossible to stay in the room. I really hope that this hotel improve in quality because each experience there is becoming worse at each time

Recepção excelente com profissionais educados e disponíveis. Jantar no restaurante do hotel muito bom.
O anúncio apontava que os vidros das janelas eram a prova de som, já que os quartos ficam de frente para o aeroporto, no entanto, no meu caso não foi assim, dava para escutar todo o barulho da rua que é bem movimentada, apesar de não ter atrapalhado meu sono, isso pode ser um diferencial para quem deseja um lugar mais silencioso.

Gostei do Hotel Ibis de congonhas, hotel é simples porém o atendimento é bom, e o café da manha me surpreendeu positivamente.
Pontos a melhor: o meu quarto para casal era velho e o serviço de quarto não tinha toalha de rosto( achei estranho) e de amenities fornecem apenas o sabao de lavar a mão e um shampoo 2 em 1 no chuveiro.
É hotel é colado ao aeroporto, é so pegar a passarela que ja esta no aeroporto, que é otimo para quem tem voo bem cedo.
