A estadia no IMG foi excelente. Quarto enorme,2 camas de casal,tudo limpo e cheiroso. Mas o café da manhã era excepcional,nunca tinha visto um café da manhã com tanta variedade! Top,estão de parabéns . Pra quem passa o dia no Rio que fica no fundo do hotel,o almoço é uma delícia e o valor tbm.

Property is ok. Tile on floor was lose making noise. Looks like property got 2 kind of management. Prime and IMG. You go one place they send you for the other if you make a reservation with a different provider. No brakefast include if you want needs to pay apart . We have to leave the car on the street garage was full. No one to help with luggages . We extend ou stay another day and they can’t get it done at front desk need to go to either prime or IMG to get it done. Good place ok food management could do much better

Staff were approchable and helpful. Great location. 10min walk to the hotpark. There are restaurants in the area and some gift shops and swimsuit shops around. The access to the river is awesome and the pools were very nice. There is no microwave or coffee maker in the room (there is one in the common area). They only had one glass for fluids in the cupboard. The worse part though is that the double bed is two single beds put together.

The hotel does not provide shampoo, conditioner, lotion, etc...only bar soap but very small. If you need to consume anything, you need to make a deposit which is outdated system. If you need to use your credit card to make a deposit to charge the consume card and if you do not consume the entire amount you made the deposit, the hotel won't refund you. I hated staying there.

Quarto 117a precisa de uma boa reforma. Piso soltando, quarto com barulho de encanamento do banheiro, armário com uma abertura para encanamento que não tinha tampa. Foi necessário improvisar com almofada para diminuir o barulho à noite. Sem microondas. Externamente atendeu a demanda. Piscina e rio tinham apoio do comércio e boa instalação.

Ótimo custo-beneficio. O hotel fica a 400 metros da entrada do Hot Park e para chegar no parque, temos que subir uma ladeira nada absurda. O café da manhã é maravilhoso com muita variedade feito com produtos de qualidade. Os funcionários são bastante educados. As piscinas são quentinhas e o rio lindo (que rendeu fotos otimas). Pontos negativos: pouca vaga para muito hospede e nosso banheiro estava com vazamento que acreditamos ser do vaso sanitario. Voltaremos com certeza.
