Very pleasant stay. Excellent value. Quick check in and out. Gorgeous rooftop pool. Rooms are huge and clean. Hotel is located about 20mins from airport and 30mins to old city and Barra. Convenient if after end of day sightseeing you want space to relax!

internet is terrible, sometimes it works, some times it doesn't. Tried to explain to staff but they didn't accept it was a problem. I was on the 26th floor and even if I asked someone to come up and see the problem, they never helped. I had to go to the 27th by the pool but it was raining so overall I hated this. The breakfast was very good and the staff was really nice, they offered Tapioca and it was sensational. Shopping mall is Around the corner 5 min walking, lots of eating options.

Staff were great except the guy on reception on check in who was snorting and burping during the process. On the same night, trying to get the lift to work was almost impossible. Several guests stood trying to get the lift from the 21st floor for at least 15 minutes. Great rooftop terrace with excellent views. Breakfast was disappointing with very little choice and stale milk! Not a bad hotel overall but some easy wins to make it better.

Can’t park in front of the hotel to do check in. Garage elevator do not take you to the hotel lobby. Need to walk thru business and restaurants with luggage to access hotel lobby and elevators to go to the your room. Very Inconvenient.

Booked this hotel based on reviews and recommendations and I was not disappointed. It was not far from the airport and the historical centre of Salvador. This is a business hotel with all the amenities needed. The rooms are large And we'll appointed. I didn't want to stay in Pelorinho. I felt comfortable in this area and just got the bus to the historical part of Salvador when required. The breakfast was good and Salvador shopping mall was just five minutes away.
