Segunda estadia e o problema com o check-in continua. O tablet na portaria nao funciona é demorado! Fiz oelo celular que também foi demorado. Ao finalizar só foi informado o quarto sem a senha para acesso! Tive que pedir ajuda ao pessoal do hotel. Nas 2 vezes fui de moto. O estacionamento deveria rever o valor cobrado que é o mesmo para carros sendo que a moto ocupada um espaço menor e não utiliza o serviço de manobrista. Achei R$ 50.00 um valor elevado para a diária. A média que pago em outros hotéis é R$35.00. Não tomei o café da manhã. No geral fui bem atendido e supriu a necessidade! Local limpo para dormir e chuveiro quente!

O anúncio fala sobre café da manhã e estacionamento disponíveis. É um pouco dúbio, me deu a entender que estaria incluso, “disponível” para quem faz a reserva do hotel. Quando na verdade é preciso pagar a parte. Além disso, o banheiro estava com um cheiro terrível, tão ruim que eu não consegui nem usar no último dia. Sem contar que durante a madrugada, tinha muito barulho durante a noite do encanamento. Para falar com alguém do hotel, não é tão dinâmico, visto que a recepção está sem funcionários e tudo é respondido por ia no WhatsApp. Tentei contato 1 da manhã para falar de um problema e devido a demora, acabei desistindo.

Minha experiência deixou a desejar em alguns aspectos. As janelas do ambiente estavam com bastante poeira acumulada, aparentando falta de limpeza há algum tempo. Ao chegar ao quarto, não havia papel higiênico disponível, e tivemos que buscá-lo em uma sala no corredor dos quartos. Além disso, a descrição da acomodação informava que havia secador de cabelo, o que foi um fator considerado na reserva, mas o equipamento não estava disponível nem no quarto nem na sala disponível no correddor. Por esse motivo, não levei o meu e acabei sendo prejudicada. Outro problema foi o ar-condicionado, que funcionava apenas no modo quente. O modo frio não estava funcionando, o que comprometeu o conforto durante a estadia. Também percebi que havia poucos funcionários para atender os hóspedes, e os que estavam trabalhando pareciam sobrecarregados. Acredito que uma melhor estrutura de equipe e mais atenção aos detalhes de limpeza, manutenção e reposição de itens básicos poderiam melhorar bastante a experiência dos hóspedes.
