Marriott Executive Apartments really saved our trip after a flight cancellation! Jackson and Fabio were so lovely and accomodating when we checked in, giving us waters, candies, and great recommendations for the following day. It was a great breakfast (and the 2 bedroom apartment was huge!) and then we stored our bags and walked around the park, which I highly recommend! The only blip in the radar was the price of the taxi to the airport, which the front desk person arranged and said R$2300 and that credit card was okay, but the driver said that was the cash price, and the card price for R$2800. The driver gave me the Marriott quoted price, but I would make sure to confirm and check if using this service. It was too quick a trip to check out the gym and the pool unfortunately.

This was my second time staying here. For longer stays I like having access to a kitchen. The rooms are spacious, the staff very friendly. Shout out to Sergio for being the absolute best.
The only thing I don't recommend is the room service food. It is just better to go to the restaurant.

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. We are family of 4, with 2 young kids, ages 4 and 2. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and is was spacial and just perfect for our needs. The furniture and bedding linens show visible signs of wear and tear but other than that, everything was great.. The staff were super friendly and helpful and the location is awesome. This a residential area and it felt very safe. We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic staff . Very courteous and polite including the management staff and the Kitchen staff. The rooms were a huge disappointment. Dishwasher did not work. Decor needs desperate update . Wood panels suppose to be gone longtime ago . 80's design. No coffee machine . I had to request but was delivered to my room. No complains about the staff . They did the best they could. For the price Marriott charges it was a disappointment .

Hotel staff was amazing and I give them all 10+. Hotel however, specially room, furniture, carpet, mattress, bathroom, sofa, curtain and even doors need a completely remodeling / replacement. Everything is a bit old and beaten. I was not expecting that from a Marriott branded hotel.
