Ótima equipe de colaboradores, sempre muito bem prestativos, o quarto que fui acomodado estava com problemas no ar condicionado, porém ao informar a recepção fui imediatamente atendido e relocado para outro quarto o qual estava 100% tudo funcionando perfeitamente, não é a primeira vez que me hospedo neste hotel, nada a reclamar, só elogiar, sempre muito bem atendido, recomendo a todos.

A única coisa que não gostei foi do colchão, de molas, antigo, com dor nas costas garantida ao acordar. Limpeza perfeita, atendimento cordial, instalações limpas e confortáveis (menos o colchão), restaurante muito bom, café da manhã bom (com exceção de não ter manteiga e sim margarina e de má qualidade).

O quarto tem pouca opcão de organização das malas. Não identificamos manutenção das janelas, nâo vedava direito, com isso não refrigerava adequadamente. Como sugestão de melhoras temos ainda que seja odertado mais tomadas e espelho no quarto.

1. Internet fraquissima, podendo-se dizer que era inexistente. Se a necessidade do hospede for usar a Internet do hotel não deve se hospedar aqui.
2. Como a internet não funciona só resta a tv aberta que pega poucos canais. Por exemplo, não pega nem a tv record e nem a tv bandeirantes.
3. Se for viajar com crianças saiba que a tv não possui canais infantis.
