Right on the beach, not simply close to it. Every service available within the faculty except drugstore. Artesans and food kiosks pass by on the beach if you want to buy souvenirs or a complementary drink like coconut water. Kayaks and planks are available for renting. Overall, great area, great services.

I had a great 3 day stay - the Pousada location is right on the beach. Very friendly staff. The restaurant is also very good - one of the best breakfast buffets in Brazil!

Pousada Kaliman was a great stay for a few days at the beach. The rooms were nice and the restaurant was excellent for the breakfast buffett and they had great options for lunch and dinner. You can also order food and drinks from the beach chairs. The location can be a bit hard to find - the hotel is not directly off the road - you need to turn into the gated area for the neighborhood first which has several pousadas and homes - then use the GPS address to find the Pousada. The beach is named Praia do Sape - nice sand and some good waves. The staff were all very friendly at the hotel.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beach front hotel. Guests walk through the restaurant to the beach. Servers serve guests on the beach. Brazilian Continental Breakfast is included. All other meals and amenities are a la carte.

I arrived to Pousada Kaliman Ubatuba later than I expected. As I was driving, it would have been great to know that the hotel is within a private neighborhood and there are several roadworks before reaching the hotel. The personnel at the reception was very nice and check-in was quite fast. Unfortunately, when I arrived the restaurant was closed and no options are available nearby. The next morning, it was very rewarding having breakfast enjoying the ocean view. Really uplifted my mood. You can walk along the beachside (which is very rewarding) but I would not recommend to think about exploring the town as it is not much around. It is a great option if you want to disconnect from the city life. During the night you can hear the waves, which is really relaxing.

Estadia foi muito boa, atendimento excelente, todos os funcionários muitos educados e prestativos. Pousada com boa estrutura de praia, possui 2 piscina uma climatizada em frente a praia e outra aquecida coberta uma área muito boa com barzinho. Gostamos de tudo. Só uma ressalva, não disponibiliza toalhas para area de piscina, então é bom levar a sua, a pousada fica aproximadamente a 50min do centro de Ubatuba.

A pousada é bem grande e tem 3 prédios anexos com várias categorias de acomodações. Ponto positivo que é pé na areia e tem um ótimo serviço de praia, com guarda-sol e cadeiras. O restaurante é muito bom e oferece várias opções, e se você pedir alguma alteração ou substituição nos ingredientes, eles se esforçam para atender.
Ponto ruins: a recepção fica fora da estrutura principal e é muito quente; seria bom plantar árvores em frente a recepção principal, e um pergolado no estacionamento, deixando o ambiente mais fresco e sombreado.
Quartos confortáveis. Sugiro trocar os lixos que tem tampa basculante (anti-higienica) por cestos com pedal.
No geral, é um bom hotel com ótima estrutura. Recomendo e voltaria.

As dependências da Pousada Kaliman não são novas, o quarto é bastante simples, mas é limpo e agradável. A área de refeições é amplo, bem ventilado e tem aquela cara aconchegante de casa da vovó. Essa impressão aumenta muito com os deliciosos quitutes servidos no café da manhã. O cardápio do almoço e janta é variado, o preço é acessível e as refeições têm boa qualidade. Alem disso, é uma pousada pé-na-areia, o atendimento na praia é ótimo e, pra quem gosta de drinks, a piña colada e o mojito têm sabor do Caribe. Pra finalizar, todo o time da Pousada é extremamente gentil e prestativo, desde a recepção até a segurança.
