SUIÇA IGUAÇU Hotel & Resort

The hotel was generally decent, but there were a few issues. The first is that there was toilet paper anywhere in the room (even on the roll) when we checked in, which was a surprise inconvenience. The second was a chronic leak which meant there was always a puddle in the middle of the bathroom floor, which was a very slippery tile, so this was dangerous and unpleasant. Lastly, when we arrived, and after cleaning, a window was left open with no screen so that we had various flying insects in the room.

This property is in the city with a huge nature area. Ver serene! Breakfast was awesome as was the service. I do wish the bar was open and if the restaurant would function but I understand it is costly during low season. Returning to Iguaçu I would mist definitely stay again.

a relaxed atmosphere. The perfect place to just chill out and enjoy living. The outdoor area was like a mini forest and the pools were nice.

Because pandemia the hotel was kind of empty, dark…. No breakfast. This hotel needs investment, improvements.

One clearly Marco was enough to ruin for the rest of the staff who were nice. Sheets smelled like they had not been changed, bathrooms were nasty, food was bad.

Hotel has lots of potential, but definitely needs some renovations and updating. Room was comfortably large and the maid service was good. However, when we arrived the room stank strongly; seemed to be coming from a drainage pipe, so you can imagine the type of smell. Also the shower wasn't working. They were responsive and repaired the shower by the end of day 1, but taping over the floor drain did not stop the foul smell from continuing to backflow into the room. One of the windows didn't close properly, thus allowing in traffic noise from the street below. And then on our last day, the hot water heater broke and if we wanted warm showers, we had use the shower in another room. Overall, disappointed.

Han sido muy amables desde promer momento de la llegada..te piden tu numero de telefono y por whatsapp puedes gestionar cualquier problema o inquietud y la verdad que gracias a su amabilidad y preocupacion pudimos solicionar varios problemas que tuvimos..

Boa localização, hotel antigo

Estadia incrível, hotel com suporte de resort, piscinas, café da manhã uma delícia, hotéis bem aconchegantes e funcionários super educados e prestativos, nada a reclamar. Inclusive tive um problema com minha hospedagem e eles conseguiram resolver no mesmo dia o que o site do hotel.com não conseguiu, ameiii minha experiência!! Super recomendo ❤️

Quarto bom e limpo. Enxoval de cama e banho ok. As áreas externas limpas e usáveis. Contudo, está distante de ser um resort. É apenas um hotel. Não tem restaurante nem serviço de quarto. Não tem piscina aquecida nem bar na piscina e a hidromassagem tem o custo de R$ 100,00 por uma hora. Acabamos não usando a área externa.

Quarto com banheiro ruim, aparentemente foi reformado e feito uma gambiarra para fazer o banheiro. No site apresentava banheiro diferente, ou seja, com box, pia no local certo. Funcionários não se esforçam para fazer um bom atendimento. A minha experiência não foi boa

Local mediano. Cama confortável. Hotel mais antigo. Café mediano.

Quarto com espaço bom. Espaço verde interno muito lindo. Hotel ofereceu acessibilidade com rampa e elevador. Café da manhã ótimo com várias opções. Agora os lençóis e panos das camas não estavam legais. Uma pessoa com alergia teria problemas. Conversei com recepcionista que forneceu dois lençóis limpos.
