I stayed at double bed room (no balcony) for 3 nights. I got a welcome drink, a cold towel and plates of fruits which is thougthful considering how hot it was outside. The room is clean and spacious especially for solo traveller like me. The room does not have separation (door) between bedroom and bathroom (it isn't a problem for me). Bathroom does have both nice shower and tub, amenities and hair dryer. Cons: the hot water in the shower runs quickly somehow. As for the tub, I was waiting for the hot one to come out, but it never happened. Breakfast which served in 3 options, is enough for me; eggs, sausages, toast, croissant, jam/butter, fruits and tea/coffee. I asked for the breakfast to be served outdoor in the garden, but at that time there was a stinky smell. Location: safe environment, near the main road to Angkor Wat, and peaceful at night time.It is far from the center, so you need a tuktuk (costs $2, one way). But if you like to walk, it takes about 30 mins/3K. The room and hotel is standard, but what makes staying here is a pleasing experience is because of the helpful staffs, especially this one guy who is probably the night manager (I forgot to ask for his name). He is very helpful! He did the arrangement for my Angkor Wat trip with a hotel tuktuk (sunrise, sunset) for $22, put my breakfast in a box for the sunrise trip, and helped me with mini van booking for my trip to Phnom Penh (picked up at hotel). His English is great, so you wont have any problems at all.
