I had a wonderful stay overall,  the staff were genuinely warm and attentive, and the daily breakfast was fresh, varied, and delicious. The room was spotless and well‑appointed, and all common areas were impeccably maintained. My only drawback was the bed: it was quite hard and left me aching after a few nights. A mattress topper or softer option would make a big difference. If the hotel upgrades its bedding, it would easily be a five‑star experience. Aside from that, everything else was fantastic, and I’d happily return and recommend it to others.

Amazing staff very friendly. I enjoyed my stay until the air conditioning stopped cooling my room the last two nights of my stay. I was forced to stay at another hotel due to very very hot weather. I returned to check out two days later and air conditioning was repaired. I understand things happen with equipment. Just wanna share my full experience. Ending with the staff was amazing. I will possibly stay again on my travels after verifying air conditioning has been upgraded.

Arguably best hotel in the city. Very clean and fresh throughout. Room was not too big but in excellent condition. Good AC. Helpful front desk and a nice breakfast. Roof top pool was great but only 2 pounders were in the sun after midday which was a little disappointing.

Rude, demeaning, insulting would describe the attitude of at least the woman checking in my wife. Demands made to locate towels? (Which were in the room). The concept of checking into the hotel and then enjoying your time there doesn't exist. Finding any reason to tell you to pay additional money seems to now be the primary goal.

Stayed here before few times. So that's a recommendation. Late at night it is a bit dodgy area. So take a tuktuk if you are drunk and it is 2am. Don't take a room on the 10th floor because the pool is right above you and pipes or whatever can be noisy. The pool and tub and bar on the 11th floor are very nice and relaxed with great view, definitely a nice place to spend a sunny afternoon. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety, though I miss the anchovies as part of the salad bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harmony Hotel in Phnom Penh. The location was good, we could walk to the royal palace, markets and lots of cafes and restaurants easily the room was spacious and comfortable with soft pillows. Breakfast was good with great Asian pork soup as well as European options if we weren’t feeling adventurous. Loved the infinity pool in the afternoons - great view of the river and nice cocktails. The staff were all super friendly and helpful. Would love to return.
