Had a lovely stay at Sarai. Staff were very helpful, rooms were spacious, clean and one of the most comfortable beds we’ve had this trip. The hotel is just outside the main streets of Siem Reap, but that was perfect after a day of exploring and we just wanted to chill by the pool.

We loved our time here. Its a hidden gem in a charming town. Its beautifully designed w amazing staff. Walkable, easy to get anywhere you need, and was always immaculate. Definitely coming back again!!!

The hotel is very nice. The interior resembles an Esher painting with black metal stairways going in many directions against white crisp walls. It’s refreshing to see creativity in hotels rather than a straight out functionality. The room was spacious, clean and well thought out. We spent most of our down time on the day bed which was so comfortable. The staff are outstanding. Every single one of them is helpful, polite, and happy. If we ever come back to Siem Reap we would stay at the Sarai and it would feel like coming home. Thank you Sarai xx

The staff went above and beyond on everything. The hotel amenities were amazing and the location is good. Rent a scooter and you can get around and see the city very easily. You must stay here, the customer service is the best and they are true life savers.

6 stars for hotel and pick up to hotel. But the paid return was put in a stinky grab cab. I could have paid half the price. The trip to hotel was in a 1st class ride. I was expecting same level of service for the departure. The room and guest service was quite good. I will return.

Check-in was 2pm but they made me wait 'til 2:30 to get my room ready. Didnt offer anything while i waited. The staff was all lovely but the room perfum smell so strong i had a migraine attack. Couldnt sleep at all. Made me sick. Beautiful hotel tho.
