the hotel is small but nice, with a pool and jacuzzi, the staffs and the owner would do anything to make you feel comfortable, the room are spacious with AC, the restaurant on the beach is very good, best quality and price in Kribi.

I went, i enjoyed moved on and came back!
The services is friendly, the accommodation very good. The price is ok but just a tad pricy. But there is a pool! The restaurant across the street is very good and way too convenient... you get lazy and dont go anywhere else..lol . A bit outside of town but there is moto taxi by the hundred. Never waited more than 2 minutes. And for 200 xaf each time its worth being in a remote part.

Suffered serious back injury due to broken wooden step/sunken walkway. Staff treated us horribly. This was not what we expected as this property generally had great reviews. Shower was also broken in 3 bedroom apartment we rented, staff didn't care. Left early due to pain and suffering.

Again I got wrong room on first day...same happen on my last trip..then next day was moved to another room where I could hear everything from next room....was really not a nice stay but sure I will be back there again...only Good thing is the pool and friendly office staff...cleaners are not polite at all and not happy....breakfast is really a mess...

Warm and welcoming Personnel. Cleans rooms and all necessary amenities are there and actually working. Had a great stay with my family and would definitely return.

My friend and I stayed in the treehouse near the entrance of the hotel with a view on the restaurant and the beach. You get to shower next to the large Mango tree trunk. The staff is very professional and flexible. They even allowed me to check out later than planned.
The Air conditioning is very subtle, so we had to keep it on all day to keep the room cool. You could hear the birds in the morning that were nested on the other side of the tree house. The hotel is about 5min away from the Lobe Waterfalls which was very convenient for us. It was also really close to the city center

For Cameroonian standards this wasn't bad.. The access road is an uphill ramp with potholes and broken pavement with a ditch next to it, so if you have mobility problems, might be a challenge. The rooms are cute and shabby-cozy in need of a serious refresher, but again Cameroonian standards! Wifi only works in the lobby, bring a wire hanger LOL.. Staff was borderline disinterested/bored and there is no room maid service, so make your own bed kind of thing. A small plus that deserves mention is the waterfront restaurant with African art charming unbalanced and wooden-trunk tables.. Good food and God atmosphere.

This is the 4th continent I have lived on and Kribi is one of the most relaxing places we have been. Les Gites is very nice when you consider the location and African standards. We enjoyed our stay, utilized the pool and the beach extensively we had our 10 yr old daughter with us. The restaurant across the street was good (a little pricey) and there is also the local Fish Market (a 1 mile walk) for some great local food and culture. If you have done some low budge travel in your time you will like this place. If you are a a 4 or 5 star kind of person, you won't find that in Kribi Les Gites is one of the nicest places in Kribi. The staff was nice, the internet in the main office was sufficient. Our room had a cracked tub so we had to stick to the open shower, if you know Africa you know what I am talking about. Overall we would go back and we would recommend to experienced travellers. It is more of an apartment type feel so you don't have maid service everyday, but they will change sheets and towels upon request. It is a very relaxing place the walk along the beach is beautiful with some great rock formations.
