We stayed here over the Easter long weekend and were genuinely impressed. The entire experience exceeded our expectations, from the clean, newly renovated room to the pool, friendly staff, and the convenience of having everything we needed close by. I was a bit hesitant at first because of some older reviews mentioning the room conditions, but it’s clear that everything has been updated, it all felt fresh and brand new. We enjoyed our stay so much that we’ve decided to make this a yearly tradition for our boys. Highly recommend!

Room was relatively clean, the water didn’t work for half a day on our subsequent day and their staff didn’t really provide solution nor timeline as to how long it would take. It was worse than a campsite morning, but we managed. Arcade is very small, but little kids would enjoy. The swimming pool was overcrowded, but little kids had fun.

Pool area was great. We brought our kids and they really enjoyed it. There were a TON of kids in the pool area. It was OK except for my partner and I tried to have some quiet time away from the kids in the hot tub and little kids kept coming in and we’re constantly getting kicked out by the lifeguards. Seems like they just need somebody stationed thereweren’t allowed. The pool area was also vacated because there was poop in the pool which the lifeguards did tend to, however, still gross. The room was clean and spacious. I would say if you do not have kids you should not stay at this hotel.

It is a beautiful place to stay. It felt like we were staying at a resort, the pool area was felt as we were out doors and tropical with its vegetation and gorgeous palm trees. Our suite had a balcony that overlooked the landscape and patios. We had spent one night there, wished we were able to spend more time at the hotel. We will definitely be a returning customer.

We really enjoyed our stay there. The kids loved the pool and the hotel was very nice. It's also close to a lot of amenities and restaurants which made things convenient. The only reason it gets a 4* review is because upon arriving we found out that the slide is only open on Friday and Saturday. That was a little disappointing for the kids. Expedia didn't tell us anything about this or we would have gone up on a Saturday and stayed until Monday. Also, the hot tub was only luke warm and didn't really have jets. It definitely wasn't therapeutic or what we were hoping for as adults. Overall, we will go back because it was an enjoyable stay and we liked the hotel.

The room was bright, house keeping was a no show. Biggest negative the waterslide shown isn’t available unless you stay on the weekend even though the pool is indicated as being open until 10. Nothing on hotels.com says otherwise. When brought up the staff was very rude. The breakfast was very expensive, 50$ for two blts…. Not likely to stay here again or recommend to anyone.
