We found it very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful no matter what time of day we were coming and going. Also a bonus to have great coffee available 24/7 for those who are up on the road early for the sunrise trips or in late from a long day exploring the Icefileds Parkway!!

Good location for accessing the highway and places to eat. Our room had a definite strong smell to it. The AC was very loud so we had to shut it off. The shower was also very small and had no place/shelf to hold amenities. The staff member at check in was very friendly and efficient.

The pool was the whole reason we booked here through Hotels.com… we got in from driving 11hrs from Vancouver and kids went to the pool to blow off some steam… pool was shut down as we walked in due to being over used and under maintained… there was about 12 people in the hot tub and 10 going down the slide…. Disappointing a hotel this size has way too small of facilities. Room and entire hotel generally clean and updated. After paying top dollar for the room they charge for standard premade packaged eggs old bacon breakfast which is typically free at most other chain hotels… I highly recommend best western or holiday inn… better points system and value for dollar. Staff was considerate but acted like I was out of line when I complained about the pool being shut down early and made no attempt to solve the problem. Could have simply suggested something or given free breakfast… but this negative review is the result.

We enjoyed our stay at Canmore Inn & Suites. The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. We spent most of our time exploring Banff, so we didn't get a chance to see much of Canmore itself, but the scenery around the town was absolutely beautiful. The mountain views were one of the highlights of our trip. The hotel building is a bit older and could use some updates, but it was comfortable, well maintained, and provided good value for our stay. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and would consider staying here again when visiting the area.

Staff was amazing. Good breakfast- not a lot of diversity but always replenished, hot and tastes good. Parking lot is not in great shape- big dips where you park and standing water you have to avoid with bags etc. But the room was comfortable, amenities were nice and we would stay there again happily.

Close to amenities, helpful staff, clean, plenty of free parking, water slide/hot tub /pool, and great coffee and water machines for everyone. Wish the pillows were better and not so soft. No breakfast included but grocery store is walking distance from hotel and there’s a frig/microwave in room.

Everything was pretty great, didn't like the that I couldn't just pay with my visa debit. Not the end of the world though. Breakfast was great and very reasonably priced. Beds and pillows were super comfy and the location is great
