The staff here were amazing and super accommodating! The included breakfast was basic, but just enough to fill our bellies. The hallways and outside seemed a bit dirty and old, but the rooms were good enough and the bedsheets were clean. Overall, very satisfied!

It is such a convenient walk to all the top attractions. It is just a short walk to Clifton Hill and yet is not a crowded area immediately around the hotel. After checkout you can leave your car parked in their lot for 4 more hours.

Location is great, upholstery and amenities are clearly dated but kept in good condition, suites with window overlooking the lobby have very thin glass so it can be very noisy early in the morning so don't expect to sleep in. Jacuzzi was great.

It was clear that there had been repairs due to watwr damagw in our room. There was very poor patch jobs on the ceiling above the tub. Cracked tiles and missing grout between tiles around the tub. Water damage on the wall beside the toilet. I spiled some water on the floor and when I wiped it up the towel was brown with dirt from the carpet. Its too bad this once nice hotel isn't being maintained well.

The hotel was located in a very good area everything is so close yo can walk to go anyware but, the staff its amazing and kind. The place needs to be maintained, some things are already damaged and old.

Property is ok but in need of updates. Things to note: basic room amenities like no tissue and only small shampoo/conditioner even for a multi-day, multi-person stay; no mini fridge to store food/beverages. Bed mattresses are soft, as are pillows. Breakfast options are ok but very basic.

Good location close to tourist places and casino. It was quiet with free parking. The
rooms were dated, but all in good working order.
The matresses seemed old and worn out around the edges when you sit in the bed. Friendly check in, and a free buffet with coffee, juice, egg patties, sausage patties , toast and bagels

Building is very old,hallway is dirty, special hall ways with iced maker ices are all over the floor breakfast very little selection of hot food eggs and processed pork patties,lots bread and our room smells like damp. Bathroom dirty. Not a good experience not again

This hotel is expensive for what you get. I mistakenly booked it and didn’t realize it was the wrong hotel until I got there and it is outdated and dirty and not what I really wanted but we stayed for the night anyway because it was paid for. The location is good and they do have free parking as well.

The inside foyer area is so unique, we loved the open concept. you dont see that very often. however i dont think our room was thoroughly cleaned.
there was a huge wet spot on the floor which wasnt noticeable until i sat on the floor and my pants were soaked, unsure what that was. additionally, under the chair was dirty socks... which tells me the floor isnt cleaned properly..... so a little gross to be honest. but my husband and i said based on the price and walking distance to everything we would stay again.
