The room was musty (old building) but it was cleaned. Cobwebs behind the bathroom door though, not a thorough clean. Staff was pleasant and access was easy. It's great for one night stay downtown to be able to walk to restaurants etc. Parking is a nightmare but that's a Squamish problem.

So - Parking could have been an issue - it was not an issue as we always found some - but it was a hike to the parking and it could be all taken. also - the coffee machine could be upgraded to a single-shot - like a Kuerig or other small unit, with regular and decaf options.

A good experience for my wife and me as seniors, digital check in with digital keys to enter hotel and room. Front desk services are excellent, initiatively help us to take our luggage upstairs. The room is clean with comfortable bedding, lots of free street parking nearby, walkable to many restaurants, shops and park, very convenience location.

Its a hands off style managed property, was hard to get ahold of anyone over the phone during their buisness hours. Room was clean and adequate, air conditioner was a bit beat up. Location was good

The hotel lacked accessibility (no elevator nor parking) and felt like a budget, hostel like environment without the benefit of affordability. I purchased what I thought was cancelation insurance. When travel plans changed, I wanted to cancel but was unable to because I had bought a health cancellation instead of trip cancellation (which I thought I had purchased). The difference was poorly described and quite upsetting. I liked the digital check-in and liked the hostel-like vibe, but Crash Hotel is much too expensive for what you get.

Great staff - very friendly and efficient. Parking was a bit of a challenge being three blocks away, but the hotel is in the middle of downtown and we enjoyed walking to businesses and the waterfront.

Overall the room was good. However, upon arrival we went to use the shower and the water was not draining. My husband looked further and noticed a bunch of hair clogging the drain. Cleaning staff were done for the day at this point so he cleaned it out himself. He ended up pulling a disgusting amount of hair out along with plastic garbage. I messaged the hotel staff to let them know of this situation and I received no communication regarding it. We were disappointed in the lack of action from staff. A simple sorry would have sufficed. Otherwise, no other complaints about the hotel. Location was great and parking was not too difficult to find.

Decent and reasonable cost stay. No bar noise in my room. Would stay again for short climbing trips. Parking is inconvenient with the streets around the hotel not allowing overnight parking.

Stayed here for a night during the Squamish 50 trail race weekend. Very convenient. We are at a room above the pub and as long as you use the earplugs provided you are good when it comes to noise (both from the pub and outside pub). We aren't picky and can handle the vibration of the sound from the music.

This was more akin to a hostel than a hotel. The room we were in was tiny and had two double beds squeezed in, there were cracks on the wall and the AC was so loud it was impossible to sleep, once it was turned off it was too hot. A great place to stay for couples or people without kids. There was another family staying at the same time who we met and they had similar complaints. Having spent a few days in Squamish, there are better options at a similar price point.
