Days Inn by Wyndham Fredericton

Hotel room was clean but the toilet was plugged before I ever used it. Had to get a plunger from the front desk that was in rough shape and plunge it myself. Rooms are long past due for renovation. The furniture is out dated and beat up. Breakfast could use more selection but was still good. Breakfast area was old, small and uncomfortably hot.

Shower was not very powerful and tub was very slippery. Couldn’t adjust temperature easily.

Great Hospitality and very welcoming when checking in and out of hotel.

Staff were wonderful but the accommodations were worn and dark and dirty.

The bed was very uncomfortable, the walls are paper thin, wasn't very clean

Friendly staff

We were told to use the ramp entrance at the side of the hotel to enter. There was a man laying on the ramp digging in the ground with a stick. We called the front desk and she said she would have somebody come and check it out. We waited ten minutes and nobody arrived. Another man drove into the lot and went up the ramp to enter the hotel. His pass key did not seem to work and the man laying on the ramp got up and pulled a pass key out of his pocket and let him in. The man on the ramp was a tenant of the hotel. We went to the front of the hotel and entered from there. There was no elevator, so we walked down a long hallway and up the stairs to our room. The room seemed nice and clean. There are several hotels in the area that have been turned into homeless shelters. This hotel needs to figure out if they are a shelter or a hotel. They shouldn't try to do both. There were several men hanging around on the inside of the hotel that were very poor looking. We felt uncomfortable at times and would not recommend or stay at the Days Inn again.

This motel is an excellent budget option, clean and comfortable with breakfast included. Can't beat that.

For the price I was shocked at this hotel ($170 per night). It is extremely run down and unclean. The pool was crowded with kids and unclean as well. The breakfast bar was dirty and had spilled food on the counters. They didnt even give you a bottle of water in the room ... it cost $2 per bottle for warm "Kirkland Brand" water at the front desk. Everything was outdated and unclean. I would pay the price to stay at the Hilton Garden Inn downtown next time if I ever go again. I am exteremely disappointed in hotels.com for allowing hotels like this to be offered on their website. I will follow up with them directly. Very poor. Hard to believe these types of hotels still exist.

Nice and quiet. Great selection for breakfast there hot and cold options. Beautiful friendly staff. Pool, hot tub, and sauna were nice to relax in at the end of the day.
