Location was excellent right in the center of everything. Once there you could walk to all the attractions. Parking was inexpensive. Staff was very helpful. The restaurant had amazing food. The views were breathtaking. Highly recommend. April was a good month to be there

I had the absolute best experience staying at this property for two nights! Sukh Gill and David checked us in and they were so sweet and kind to us! Both days we were there they made it a point to say hi to us when we passed by! They both deserve a huge raise and it promotion!

It’s overall satisfactory. Just the toilet bowl can’t seem to handle the tissue well and got clogged. Need to have more food options. It would be nice to have a mini theatre to watch movies or game area when the weather outside is nasty.

This was our first time in this hotel. It was not close enough to Fallsview Casino to walk.
We were put in a room on the 16th floor and were assured we were no where near the people participating in a cheerleading competition. But we were! Right next door to the first of 4 adjoining rooms. Ungodly noise and screaming in hallways till late at night.
The cookies we received upon arrival were delicious.
I would probably stay again if no kids tournaments/competitions taking place

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool area was nice, although it can get really crowded before lunch and before dinner. The hotel was close to a number of dining options and was around an 8min walk to the Skylon tower area.

We really enjoyed our stay but were surprised that our booking was in US dollars so when converted to Canadian it was a lot more then expected. Also an additional fee of 25 dollars on a large empty parking lot was added.
