We had a great stay in downtown Toronto with our family (2 adults and 2 young boys)! The 1-bedroom suite with a sofa bed was clean, decently sized, and very practical for us. Having a small kitchen with counter space made it super convenient to bring takeout back from St. Lawrence Market for a stress-free family dinner. Finding the entrance was a little tricky at first, and while it isn't necessarily budget-friendly, the prime downtown location makes it completely worth the price. Overall, a great spot for families!

The location was perfect for our trip. We were able to walk just about everywhere and when transit was needed, the subway and street car were just around the corner. Close proximity to many great restaurants, a grocery store, pharmacy, shopping, food markets, sporting venues, musical theatres and concert halls. We had a nice view in our wrap around windows of the CN tower. The staff were very friendly and provided prompt responses to messages before our stay. We didn't get to meet housekeeping but they came in daily to freshen up the room and responded to our requests for extra face cloths. They even left a few chocolate treats for us! The kitchen doesn't come equipped with much but they have pans, pots, toasters etc available by request. The only complaint I really have is regarding dish washing. There is a bottle of dish soap on the counter but no wash cloth or drying towel. When we requested these, staff apologized for not having these as an option and instead sent us an extra roll of paper towel. Seems strange but wasn't a big deal. We would stay again.

Our three-night stay in your junior, 1 bedroom was very comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and communication was on point. The hotel was conveniently located 12 minute walk from the harbor front and a few minutes from Eaton Center and St. Lawrence Market. Many diverse eateries in the area too! Mahalo!

Location was great, very close to metro. Staff were kind and friendly. Cleanliness not so good. Dirty dishes, towels and bed linen with stains or not clean. Pots, pans etc available upon request but not convenient when needing to ask for every items needed. They advertise full kitchen which is why we booked but did not feel the convenience of it.

We arrived at the hotel around 1:30 AM after a long stressful drive from Western Michigan. We were greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful guest services Host. The check-in process was a breeze. We had indoor parking which is difficult to find in Toronto hotels sometimes. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was kind, courteous, and so helpful. They gave us wonderful recommendations of things to do and places to eat. The suite itself was immaculate. It's very modern with appealing decor. I never realized there was a washer and dryer so that was a great surprise. Since we've been traveling for a week, I was able to do my laundry and leave with clean clothes. I highly recommend this hotel and certainly would return again if visiting Toronto
