All staff were professional, friendly and efficient. Would like to mention Ratu (F&B manager/director) whoet us at the entrance of their outlet Fairview was very welcoming and upbeat, felt like he will do everything for our experience to be positive. Emily our server was exceptional, apart from her knowledge of teas he was very friendly and always smiling. A better experience for us compared to The Fairmont at Jasper.

Beautiful hotel. The staff was very friendly and attentive. Dining was very good with a wide selection, though somewhat pricey. $45 for breakfast buffet. Ski equipment rental onsite was reasonable and free shuttle to the slopes made it very convenient because parking can be a challenge.
