The suite exceeded our expectations and had everything and more! Comfortable and perfect for a relaxing stay. The mountain view was magnificent!! The staff was amazing and service was so quick. I can’t recommend this place enough for a getaway in the mountains away from the crowds.

Clean rooms, but it was a mess trying to figure out where our room was and later on finding the hot tub when there was no staff...elevator, sauna, steam room, and water fountain all broken. Pop machines empty. Room itself was clean and comfortable, but would not recommend if you're looking for something easy...

We found old food under the bed in our room, only on the last day when checking out and looking for clothing under the bed. It led off a smell the whole time which we couldn’t figure out where it was coming.

The room was ok but the mattress was literally like sleeping on the floor it was so hard. I have slept in hundreds of hotel rooms and I have never had a mattress even close to being that hard. What happens is if you can’t sleep at night and you have rented that room for 6 nights, you can’t be at your best the next day. Also, I was never told that my room would only be cleaned every 4 days or once over the 6 night stay. Maybe it was buried in the details somewhere but I wasn’t told to me upfront. I would not recommend this room unless you like sleeping on the floor because that is how hard the mattress was.
