Fantastic place , travelled with 3 from 15 teen to 24 year old grandchildren, location and hotel we all loved , amazing staff and service, excellent breakfast . I would stay there in a heart beat if going that way ever again.

We had a smooth and pleasant stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton near Edmonton International Airport.
Rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with handy extras like a mini-fridge and microwave. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, with plenty of hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a reliable and family-friendly option we’d happily book again.

Reception and breakfast were very good. Hotel certainly needs some upgrading, as carpets and furniture are wearing out, and decor is definitely "dated". Tub enclosure makes it difficult for seniors to access because it is so high.

It was nice to have coffee and tea available at anytime. Was very clean. It is definitely in need of updating the chair in our room was all ripped, the beds were not very comfortable, everything is just looking well used. Not what I expected from a Hampton property.

Seemed ok at check in, but the elevator and hallways smelled pretty bad…. Was thinking maybe it’s due to the very old carpet in those areas, perhaps.
The room didn’t smell too bad and was clean. Top comforters looked pretty worn out with snags and such.
Minor things in the room included one burnt out light in the bathroom and the sink was clogged and took a while to drain. The shower curtain barely reached the tub, so always worried would get water everywhere.
The curtains didn’t close all the way so there was an annoying crack of sunlight right in our face in the morning. There was also no clock in the room, which was odd.
All in all it was ok, but definitely could use some upgrades.

This hotel needs a much needed renovation. . Out dated furniture. Chair in room was once upon a time full leather chair…well, please see pic to describe it. AC unit control box could not be opened and was broken. Bedsheets were rough and worn out.
Staff were very friendly.
Good value place, if you are single and need to rest for a few he near the airport.

The hotel is nice enough, lots of wear and tear but clean! Great shower water pressure!
Pool was nice.
Beds comfy, breakfast was busy (Sunday morning) and a bit of a gong show but yummy.
Lots of road noise from outside due to location.
