Holiday Inn CALGARY-AIRPORT by IHG, an IHG Hotel

Last time we stayed the pool was being renovated. It's done and is nice but the water temperature could have been warmer. Pretty cold. Also both times we've stayed here one of the two elevators has been out of order. But the room was nice with a very comfortable bed.

Leak in bathroom

Amazing and comfortable. just a couple of incidents with fire alarms were bothersome

Further away from airport than expected and was not made aware the hotel was having issues with elevators

All good expect for the elevator issue

Good service, but the in-room ventilation is poor. Basically the air-con wasn’t working.

Nice amenities, close to major roads. Friendly staff.

There was no safe. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Ho hot tub and comfy bed

The room was clean and fine, but the hotels in the middle of renovations and the drywall looked pretty mouldy. Hopefully they are not just covering that back up behind new wall paper. It wasn’t the holiday inn I thought I was booking. It was further away from the airport than I expected. But shuttle was working at 4 am like I needed and driver was kind.

Nice and quite new building but easily confused, coz the Holiday Inn owns 4 airport hotels, and all of them near the Calgary Airport! Make sure you go to the right one!

Hotel was clean and breakfast was great! Front desk service could have been better!

Worst of the worst place ever and so smelly and full of bacteria aswell probably… AVOID THIS DIRTY PLACE

First off girl told me shuttle come to airport every 1/2 hr. I waited nobody so I phoned & shuttle driver said I needed to call to be picked up. So ended up waiting a whole hour altogether , was very upset. Property good, Shuttle van filthy, air freshener should not be used due to allergies & migraines. Carpets very dirty, smell awful , bathtub water pooling. Very dirty behind dressers & beds. Ice machine broken, sent to second floor ice machine out of order also, restaurant gave me ice. Very inconvenienced would not stay there or recommend to anyone. Told staff & all they say sorry. Trip was not enjoyable with the stay I had at Hoilday Inn, they have really gone down hill. Thank you.

Has a humidity smell, at night they must put some kind of freshener through the air conditioning flow it smells bad. Breakfast buffet same thing everyday it is not worth no $20 dollars they should switch things.
