Love the check out time

Decent hotel, no office chair in our room and couldn’t get the tv to work. Some damage to the walls and around the grout in the shower. Overall, okay no major concerns!

I really enjoyed my stay. The general cleanliness was great. However, there were two spots one is not a big deal. It was along the upper wall close to the ceiling. It had white marks I thought weird to be so high. And the other was the chair in the room looked like milk was stained in the chair. We just didn’t sit on the chair. We had no complaints on anything else.

The room was great but the pool area was freezing and the "hot" tub was luke warm. Not enough towels supplied in pool area for the amount of people using the pool area.

The staff were not helpful, I checked into the room. A few minutes I had two girls get into my room. The pool hours need to be extended. The area around the property just did not feel safe. Would not be spending another night there! Everything was chaotic!

The property was beautiful and well kept. The staff was TOP NOTCH and I will absolutely stay here again if there is a need to be in NB. Lack of good restos and the safety are no fault of the hotel, it’s just the city.

I always enjoy staying here at the beds are super comfortable. Nice and quiet. I love that they offer guests breakfast and dinner.

It was great

The staff at the hotel were excellent , friendly and helpful. It was a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked with several sports teams yet the staff was cheerful and helpful amidst the chaos. Would come back.

There was stains and hair on the bedding. The manager came to look and asked us what we wanted her to do as the house cleaning was gone for the evening. I ended up changing the bedding myself with her reluctant help. There was a loud ticking pipe that kept everyone up all night. It not pleasant

Overall our 2 night stay was really good. Our family of 5 stayed in a double king suite and our 7 year old slept on the couch (not a pull out). There were no extra blankets in the room so we had to call down to the front desk which was no big deal, and we only had 2 bath towels in the room which was kind of surprising. The room itself was clean and spacious. Breakfast the first morning was a little disappointing as the food was on the stale side. We got there with 30 mins to spare before breakfast was done, so maybe had we been there bright and early we would have gotten fresher food?? The second morning was better and more of a selection - however still arrived with about 30-45 mins to spare. The pool was great! Only complaint was there never seemed to be towels available. There's not much to choose from in North Battleford for lodging, so if we are ever in that city again we'll definitely stay here again!
