Lots of families in the summer , mostly going to the Granby zoo. You have to be okay with kids playing, making noise in the pool or crying. But it gets quiet after their bedtime ! It was clean, comfortable and breakfast had lots of option

Traces de liquide encore "collant". Beaucoup de poussière sur les meubles. Poils dans le lit. Après avoir été transférée dans une autre chambre, j'ai trouvé un bouchon de bouteille d'eau sous mon drap contour donc, je ne crois pas que les draps aient été changés. La porte patio ne se barrait pas; serrure défectueuses. Dans cette 2e chambre, nous avions vue sur le stationnement alors que dans la première chambre, nous avions vue sur la piscine. Beaucoup de postes de télé avaient l'image figée.

Visited the Zoo for a couple of days and did the waterpark. The hotel was very well situated and very close. Restaurants and stores near by. Pool was great. Room was quiet. The only critic was the bathroom was very small.

Cette bâtisse a vraiment besoin d’être rénover. Impossible de dormir, les ventilateurs des salles de bain avoisinante s’entendent beaucoup au point de nous empêcher de fermer l’œil et les portes coulissantes sont difficile à ouvrir tellement elles sont vieille, sans parler de l’air climatiser non fonctionnel. Je ne vous parle même pas de l’attitude de notre femme de chambre. Je ne recommande pas cet endroit le rapport qualité prix n’est pas la du tout. Décevant à tout point de vu excepter une employer asiatique qui étais parfaitement impliquer et réactive.

The room wasn’t cleaned ,the bathroom , the remote the telephone ,the floor. We had to go get lysol and cleaned our room ourselves. Maybe it was clean fir their standard but for any one who keeps his house tidy and clean then don’t go. Breakfast was poor not so many options. The pool too wasn’t clean the water was blue grey..on expedia the hotel is 3 stars but the reality is it’s 2 stars.

Front desk service was good. The initial room had no table, no sink in bathroom it was outside in the bed room. The room had a very strong smell due to the cleaning fluid or spray. I ask to get another room and the front desk girl was very helpful and found another room, which was very appreciated.

Price wasn’t terrible. But considering the place gives off an old motel vibe with a slight facelift…a little pricey considering.
Advertised as breakfast included, selection was very limited.
We stayed 3 nights, and every time we returned to the hotel, we had to have our room keycard reactivated. We would get to the room and be locked out. Having to go back downstairs each time to have them reactivate.
