I had a pleasant stay at Monte Carlo! The property has a classic charm with well-maintained interiors and a warm, welcoming ambiance. The rooms were clean and comfortable, offering great views and all the basic amenities. The staff were courteous and responsive, always ready to assist. The location is a big plus—close to key attractions and easy to access. I particularly enjoyed the dining options available on-site. **Terrible Stay – Never Again**
I stayed at this hotel for five nights, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Every single night, there was loud noise and even people fighting in the halls at 3 or 4 in the morning. This happened *every night* during my stay, and nothing was done about it despite complaints.
The staff were rude and unhelpful, and the breakfast was absolutely awful—stale food with barely any variety. To make things worse, they wanted to charge \$8 just for boiled or scrambled eggs. The bed was dirty, and the room felt poorly cleaned overall.
I do **not** recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or peaceful stay. The service was terrible, the environment was chaotic, and it's definitely not worth the money.

It seems that this hotel brings out the human urge to bounce on mattresses, and unfortunately the mattresses are quite noisy. The noise was coming from every side follow my female pleasure sounds. We had the suit, it sounded like they were pornos all around us, through the whole night. If they included some sound isolation that would be nice. I don’t enjoy falling asleep to “yes daddy keep going”. Thanks.

This hotel used to be a sought after place years ago. Now, it's filthy and disgusting. Lots of druggies hang around and within the hotel. Smell of weed and strange drugs from the foyer to the hallways and even in my suite. Not a safe place to be.
Breakfast is nothing to write home about. You've got about 3-4 items to choose from. No eggs, no bacon, no usual breakfast items. Besides the staff have a creative FBI style of checking you in to have your breakfast which has nothing worth anything on the menu.
Overall stay was horrible. This place should closed down ASAP before something bad happens here.

stayed at many Monte Carlo, usually good nice because they have bar and restaurant on site. this one is in need of renovations, big time. bathroom ceiling has mold like stains, dresser and bathrooms drawers and doors damaged and don't close.

Where to start,
When checking in to the hotel we were helped by someone who was rude, and when asked if he could recommend anything from their restaurant which he was trying to upsell, replied, “it’s Italian”.
Get to the room, it’s dated, paint is chipped, repainted in a different color, wallpaper is peeling off, ceiling is cracked, Oh and we were given the room directly above the restaurant, which allowed for us to hear vivid conversations from the staff/patrons outside smoking under the canope… at 5am. Talk about an early wake up call! It’s okay though, their onsite reception handled the noise complaint, right? Wrong. It continued.
Next, you go downstairs to get the breakfast that is included in the cost of the room. But wait, it’s just bread/cereal, frozen premade croissants and danishes, with juice and coffee for drinks. No eggs, no sausage/bacon, no home fries, nothing. All of that is 8$ Eggstra!
I’m so glad I only booked one night and was not travelling because I was also notified that their shuttle service is suspended! Yipee! Oh and don’t even think about booking with a family, unless you want to add 8$ a head for basic continental breakfast.
Pathetic excuse of a hotel. Would never stay here again. Save your money and book somewhere else, there’s so many better options.
