Staff upgraded me to a suite after a long 12 hour shift. Room was huge, clean, bed was comfortable and no complaints. Breakfast was ok, but I mean it’s hotel breakfast. Other than that it was great and I would definitely stay here again as it’s close to the hospital and a good price!

Rooms were run down and neighbors were loud. Whole hotel is in need of work. Lots of people walking around not sure who works there or who is a guest. Unprofessional and just weird overall experience. Will not stay there again

The staff were lively but the place is dated and dirty. There was green slime in the hot tub along with unclean rooms. The building is in desperate need of renovations. There were unruly guests which led to an arrest at 4am. The dishes at the bar were dirty and the lady working at the bar was wearing a very distasteful sweater which read “ I ride bikers, not bikes” …having to explain that to 12 year olds is a far fetch from professional attire. I will not stay there again and hope that for the staffs sake, they up their game. I’d be embarrassed to work there.

Room was not clean. Shower had something splattered on back wall. All dresser drawers were dirty inside. Something sticky on top of dresser. Hot tub was green with algae floating in it. No supervision in pool area - drunk people in hot tub, vaping in the pool. Rooms are a bit run down as well with peeling paint, bubbles in wallpaper. Hallways are a bit of a maze. Would not stay again.

Vehicle car alarm keep going off every 30-45 min. Couple in room above is keep fighting until they got arrested.

Room had no tv servies day stuff were rude and could help night staff weekend staff were great. She busted her butt looking after all of us with ZERO TRAINING didnt know were anything was we all as customer chipped in to help her. property was horrible might of been plowes but everything was a sheet o dangerous ice. No salt no sand couldnt walk anywhere driving was dangerous as well. Food was terrible even though it was part of the of our stay it still should of been respectful and eatable

In general, a nice quiet room. We liked it because it was on ground level and we could walk outside and park in front of our room which made it easy to load as there aren't elevators.
The rooms are far from the main lobby, kind of a qeird floorbplan.

Its not a very nice hotel, except rhe entry area and breakfast areas. The rooms are so worn out, and the pool area was awful, the ceiling tiles are leaking, alot are gone, its so cold in there, doesnt make a very nice pool experience when u r freezing, you need to do major work in there. Our room housekeeper was lovely .
