First, the staff were all great. Friendly, courteous and professional always. Nice breakfast spread.
However the room had a couple of issues. The floor was missing a quarter inch strip for several feet right where you'd go from the beds to the washroom. I hurt my foot on this in the middle of the night.
Also, our third-floor room had a very bright light mounted just to the left of our window. I think the light was intended to illuminate the parking below, but despite blackout curtains, it spilled enough light through the edges to read a newspaper at midnight.

The air conditioner did not work we had to call for service. We asked for a remote for the air condition and they said the last person stole it. Tub dirty. I’d rather sleep in a car before staying here again. Had to park over the dentist parking area and couldn’t sleep all night with the theft rate in Montreal. If staying for breakfast- just grab some juice or tea/coffee everything else may give you a heart attack with all the oil on it

There was a drunk person in our floor that kept slamming doors and yelling for 5 hours in the night and got 0 sleep. Cops came twice and didn’t change anything. Never staying there again

Fire alarm in the middle of the night-no compensation offered.
Shuttle limited. We had to use a shuttle earlier than needed as the one we needed was full with no other options. On the top of this when we showed up at 6am with our luggage including ski bags, the driver told us there was not room for them. No empathy, not trying to help.
I had to tell him how to load his vehicle so our stuff can fit too. No excuses from it when he unloaded and reloaded as told. Poor service.
As we had a 6 am shuttle, we were given (upon request) a “breakfast bag” with a juice and a cookie (not really tasty).

Security card was rude. We have handicap card. We were trying to park and he was yelling at me in the parking lot and had his car lights beaming on me didn’t get out of the car to tell me there was no parking at that end and I had to drive all the way around and then drive all the way back let my person his handicap out out of the car and then go back and park in the back of the building late at night. He wasn’t making sure I was OK. He was just yelling and screaming and telling me that I had no respect, but he wasn’t giving me very much respect. There was a Tesla car that was sitting in the front handicap for four days did not move so there was not much parking for handicap and when you talk to the staff, they shrug their shoulders. Just can’t help you Not nice place didn’t get a warm and fuzzy feeling in this hotel won’t be going back

This is one of the worst hotels l have ever been in. Didn’t feel super safe. People smoking drugs outside. Property riddled with cigarette butts. Very dated. Needs extreme makeover. Everything. Layout super confusing. In case of fire most people would be in dire straits. I slept on top of sheets with a towel. Just everything felt dirty. Pile of matted hair on floor of my room. I honestly think this property needs to be reported to the health department and shut down.

Property chosen as close to airport for layover and provided 24/7 shuttle. All staff courteous and helpful. Renovated room with no carpet, however there was a raised threshold to enter the room, and the door would not close easily (required excessive force); no noise protection between rooms, and room faced rear parking area - not sure if cab pickup that excessively beeped horn at 2am for more than 5 minutes was for this building or adjacent motel, but sleep was interrupted. Shower walls were not cleaned from previous use, and body secretions dripped from walls into shower basin, during use, as was not seen before entering the shower, and I was completely grossed out. Full breakfast and selection was good, and morning staff was apologetic for condition of room, but I likely will not return to this property, nor provide favorable recommendations for fellow travellers.
