No hot water

Clean , spacious , quiet ,

Was an enjoyable stay. Bed was very comfortable and room was large. Everyone was very clean and quiet. If I had 1 complaint, it would be the breakfast was not very inviting. There is no restaurant on site, but there are a few within a 10 minute drive.

Room was right beside front desk and I was double charged

If you are booking through Expedia you are a second class citizen. You will be moved to the second floor and there is no elevator. Also, the free continental breakfast available to other quests is not available to those booking through Expedia. They are just trying to save on the fees they are paying to Expedia. Otherwise very clean and very polite as they tell you everything you can’t have.

Was a great stay!

This is conveniently located near my son's new school and was clean and inviting. It was lacking a restaurant and the TV was quite small considering the size of the room. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

My room was booked and confirmed as a King bed. They assigned me a Queen, didn’t mention it until I got to my room and then said it must have been a delay in receipt from Expedia and King room was allocated. No bar open because of a private event even though the website shows restaurant and bar.

NO ELEVATOR!!! My 92-yr old father had to climb the stairs with his suitcase. After my request, they did offer to move us after the first night, but because he was already settled, he didn't want to move. They did offer to bring down his suitcase for him upon checkout. The no elevators should be stated prior to reservation. Breakfast was just ok. Selection is quite slim (ie only white bread for toast. 2nd morning, no bread, just english muffin, no juice)

There was no hot foods for the continental breakfast so we did not purchase it.

Spotless, ease of parking, friendly staff, great shower, bed superb!! Not my first time here. Recommend highly.

Friendly staff, room very nice and clean. Good location away from city traffic noise but short drive to many attractions.

The daytime manager was awful. My room was located directly across from the reception desk. Check out is 11am at 1030, house keeping banged at the door. I told them I would be out at 11 I was just finishing a work call. All my bags were ready to go. 4 min later the front desk called, I told the young lady the same thing. Again at 10:45 the front desk called and I told them I would be out at the 11 check out time. They called two more times before 11, each time I needed to pause my conference call and answer the phone. This resulted in me leaving my room 2 min after 11. I was then told by the manager that they will be “gracious “ and not charge me the 45$ late check out fee. I couldn’t believe how awful they were. I waited 30 min the night before to check in because no one was working. I called the number and no one answered. I almost left when the front desk gentleman came down the hall. He was very polite and apologetic. It wasn’t until the morning that I couldn’t believe how awful the staff are. The building had 8 guest total the night before and they push you in it the door before your check out time. Even though I had clearly stated I would be out at 11 and was ready to go. I stay in a lot of hotels for work and this is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. The company I work for hosts a week long conference and I was looking at this hotel as an option to host 157 guests and will not return or recommend them. I tried to reach out to the general manager with no reply.

Really a nice place to stay. The staff are so welcoming and kind.
