I had a very bad experience with this property. No air conditioning in the premises and my toddler couldn't sleep, we ended up going to clinic for health issues. Never again in this kind of hotels. Sorry for Expedia team to publish this kind of hotels. I strongly recommend some credit in my account for the unnecessary hassle caused. Executives of Expedia please do step in and action accordingly

Property is basic accommodation and justifies price of it..our room had a good view and bed was comfortable..overall property is a bit old and AC is not working but fan was available..staff is helpful and room/common areas are clean..

An easy-to-access location with ample parking. Clean sheets. The spaces are generally well-maintained. Despite the fact that the building is currently undergoing renovations, In general, the establishment has a 1980s decor, but it's functional

Good room with a tired bathroom

The price was fantastic. However, you give up a lot for the price. I feel sorry for the students who have to live there during the school year. We had a queen room with an attached bathroom and it was very small. Don’t mistake the family rooms shown on the website for the queen rooms. They are NOT the same. They left the curtains open and the room was sweltering when we arrived. Thinking it would be okay and cool down overnight was my first mistake. We had to buy an extra fan, which only helped minimally. There were other negatives… the min fridge broke and we lost the things we had in there, the pool was closed for all but 2 hours per week, and the shower was grotty. They tried putting double sheets on a queen bed, which barely covered the mattress. Thankfully, we brought our own pillows. If you are a tall or larger person, you’ll have to go down the hall to the communal showers. I’m petit and could barely turn around in the shower. If you are looking for a cheep place to crash for a single night, this works fine, but if you are staying multiple nights, this isn’t a great choice. On a positive note, the staff were kind and tried to be helpful.

This was a good experience

Bargain accommodation, but be warned this is no frills. Lovely staff, basic and clean. A way out of the city centre. Don’t let the shady entry fool you. Felt safe and clean.

Clean room; paper thin walls, no a/c in dead-heat, bathrooms were clean but, definitely large dorm style mixed gender. No water bottle in room as advertised and no wifi (wasn’t working apparently according to reception). Spider on wall, several little gnats flying around. Should have slept in my car…

Nice clean and comfortable room. Just a heads up though, there’s no air conditioning but you can open up the window for a little breeze.

The property is exactly as described on Expedia. The building is old and needs updated. We had a room with a queen bed, a small fridge and private bath. The room is small but it was very clean. The staff and people in the building were fantastic. We loved the shower. The shower had the best of water pressure and water drainage had no issue at all. A vehicle is necessary for siteseeing . Great restaurants are within 3 km. We speak English only. The local people are friendly and welcoming.

Human feces on the celing of the bathroom and each toilet very dirty bed smelled and dirty hole in room door lock no good i understand the price is very good but it dont need be filth and dirty i did not stay key was returned right away

Good distance from the city to decompress

We looked at the room and it was not for us, we felt very unsafe, it looks like a place where the homeless people should be staying. We canceled our stay.

No air conditioner, no outlets in the bathroom

This is a post-secondary residence and was exactly as I expected. Clean, comfortable, and affordable. That the reception desk is staffed until 11 pm was a welcome surprise.
