The sfaff were friendly and efficient, and the room was clean, quiet, well-appointed, and comfortable. A very pleasant (if short) stay all around.

We got “upgraded” to the family suite when they saw our child. We learned that this is actually a down grade to a dirty bunk room. The bunk sheets had not been changed as they had food crumbs on them upon opening them on arrival. There was greasy hand marks all over the bunks as well. Pop cans under the bed. It made both my husband and I question if our master bedroom had clean sheets or not. The kitchen also wasn’t very clean. Bathroom was infact very clean though. Wouldn’t go back as not feeling like you even have clean bedding is not exactly welcoming.

Welllll at check in I felt like I was bothering her. I was first in line. No welcome,no smile, she seemed a bit annoyed, didn't even tell us where the elevator was. Walking to my room I seen 2 male associates and no smile or even eye contact. The only friendly one was the lady vacuuming the carpet. Stay was ok. The sink in the bathroom sprayed me everytime I used it. The pressure was so high, even in the shower. The bathroom door blocks the right side of the bed so it has to be shut all the time or u could die in the middle of the night. At check out, same thing, Not even a good morning and no eye contact. Everything else was fine. The bed was good, everything was clean.
