The location is convenient. If you drive, you have to park your car across the street. Overall the hotel is fair, but can improve the cleanliness

It is close to everything. I have stayed there 5 times in the last 2 years.

Location was excellent. Good breakfast. Excellent housekeeping service.

The rooms are comfortable and modern. It's easy to walk to go sight seeing or shopping. I like the area it is in.

The property was very well situated, it was close to shopping, transportation. There were lots of dining options near the property.We felt very safe around the property. The free continental breakfast was very well run and clean. The room was smaller than expected, could use more hangers and hooks to hang items. Also could use more electrical outlets to charge phones and other electronics.

The rooms were very small. I was happy overall with the stay and the service. The exception was the breakfast. We were told that the continental breakfast was between 7 and 10:30am. We arrived at 9:45, but at 10:10 they started removing all the food. I wasn't even able to have a coffee before they took it away. The manager came over to our table and told us to hurry and finish breakfast, as they were locking the door at 10:30. I have NEVER had this happen at any of the other hundreds of hotels that I stayed at. This left a bad taste in my mouth.

Room was quite small, but location was good, easy walkable distance to shopping along Sainte-Catherine Street, Chinatown, restaurants and Old Montreal and the Port area.

Avoid at all costs

So the cons first: the rooms are small (i would say tiny but we just came back from japan) and very poorly insulated for sound (we were on the 4th floor and people yelling in the street sounded like they were right outside the window) people in the hall just walking sounded as if no door exaisted on the room. The pros, very clean, includes breakfast, super east walk to almost everything and a not bad walk or metro ride to the reat, staff is very helpful and luggage storage is free. I will note that when i booked on expedia the amenities listed laundry...there is NO guest laundry to be fair to the property that amenity isnt listed on their company site

Good overall stay. Great location to walk everywhere. Limited parking- had to go elsewhere.

Drama for check in. The reservation somehow was under my spouse name, I was told my spouse must be in person when checking in, even I showed my reservation confirmation on my phone. Later after the staff checked with manager, finally we checked in. I think the staff may need to be trained to be more professional. After a long drive, I didn’t expect to be told we couldn’t check in, when my spouse was far away from us, and he had be there in person for checkin, first time experience. Arrived around 5:30 pm, no parking on site available, I had to park at public parking for first night. Staff helped us to identify possibilities nearby, thanks. Meanwhile, learnedly to call at 6 pm next morning to reserve parking spot, did so, but was told to go to front desk at 8 am to reserve, finally did what was told, got a parking spot on site for second night for $35 Canadian dollars, and over $40 after taxes per day. Luckily I got a spot for departure next day. If you drive to Montreal, be concerned parking conveniences. The continental morning breakfast is not good enough, only boiled eggs, no sausages, no bacons. Stayed on first floor near corner, no cold water from faucet for brushing teethes, even running tap water for a very long time, anyway, didn’t bother to complain, perhaps due to hot weather in August. The location is convenient for easy walking around. bed is clean.

Staff went above and beyond.

The breakfast was great and staffs were okay. However, even thougj I told them that I have dust allergy but the room condition and cleanness was bad so I had runny nose the entrie stay.

I appreciate this location is in a central area in downtown Montreal. Very easy to get around the city thanks to the nearby metro.

Close to subway, basilica and other attractions

We had a wonderful stay. Just a suggestion, if they can improve their breakfast spread. That would be perfect. Value for money otherwise.
