This 3 stars hotel is situated in a convenient and safe area of Santiago with a lot of amazing restaurants. The breakfast buffet was copious and the stafff very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to other tourists because it is good value for money.

ALL AROUND VERY COMFORTABLE. THE ONLY ISSUE WAS THE FITNESS CENTER. IT REQUIRED THAT YOU CROSS A COURTYARD INTO A SEPARATE BUILDING. IT HAD ONE TREADMILL, ONE BIKE, ONE STAIRMASTER (WHICH WASN'T WORKING WELL) AND ONE PIECE OF EQUIPMENT WITH WEIGHTS (WAS UNDER MAINTENANCE.) vERY PLEASANT STAY. GOOD BREAKFAST AND GREAT LOCATION.

This is a small basic budget hotel with no leisure facilities or gym, so ideal for anyone wanting B&B basic lodging while in Santiago and it's walking distance from Tobalaba metro (Red Line 4) and a large shopping mall. My room was very spacious and great value for money, included a kitchen and large bedroom and breakfast is included in room rate. I had all I needed, except the wi-fi wasn't working at all throughout the hotel during my stay, the staff were very apologetic and explained that it was provided by an outside company and that they had been experiencing problems with it. I can imagine it was a nuisance for any business guests. The breakfast was fine, plenty on offer for price paid and expected, nice comfortable seating area and garden outside is open during nicer weather. El Golf metro station is a short walk away down the other way towards Las Condes and there are plenty of restaurants around and bars. Very good location for anybody coming to Santiago for first time or returning to the city for business or pleasure.

We spent 2 separate 3-night stays there (with a trip to Valparaiso in between). The location was great and the hotel was fine, but the rooms could use a remodel and better beds and the breakfast was barely adequate. After 2 mornings, we sought out local places for breakfast and found Starbucks better than the hotel! Loved the small backyard which was a nice quiet place to relax. Staff was friendly, but not nearly as attentive or knowledgeable as the staff at the Hotel we stayed at in Valparaiso.

The prices at the front desk are quite high, but I booked online and got a very reasonable rate. My room had a small kitchenette and was quite large. The bathroom was very small, but clean. The bed was very comfortable with no rubber bedsheet - Yay! The air-con worked well and there was plenty of space for clothes. The room is surrounded by tall buildings so no view and no sun in my bedroom despite being a north facing room. However, the hotel is in a great location and easy reach of public transport, shops etc. It is also quiet and I slept very well. I would certainly stay here again. Its staff are friendly and helpful, it is not ostentatious, but has everything you need.

Great location, it's close to the Metro and lots of restaurants, the mall, starbucks, etc. Staff are very friendly. You're better off upgrading to the small kitchen option since it looks like you get hardwood floors instead of carpet. Good value. Lighting was good in the room.

Then on top of it, they charged me 1 dollar for a local call to a toll free number for the airport transportation they actually arraged from the hotel. Finally, all the amenities including the refrigerator were locked. So if u wanted to buy some food and bring it to the hotel, u could not do that because the fridge was locked....lol

The Hotel was clean and staff was helpfull. Our room was quite small but confortable with large bench to rest our suit cases. The shower was quite bad with no water pressure and hot water 'on and off'. Brekfast was simple but quite nice and thye room was pleasant with view to a nice garden. The location was fantastic with lots of restaurants and a very nice shopping centre.
