The property is a bit hard to get to if you don’t know the area. Every time you want in a guard has to open the gate since the hotel is located in a residential area. Two complaints is that the shower head is very unstable and would move often while showering thus spraying water all over the floor. Also the WiFi was slow and I ended up using my own data.

I've stayed here before. Its a nice clean serviced apartment in a nice area. Its only around a ten minute walk to the new Suzhou Centre Mall and Xinghai Square. Its very good value for money. I would prefer it if the bed was a bit bigger but for this hotel is around half the price of similar standard hotels in the area.

Was a little difficult to find late at night, but once checked in, a great studio/1br apartment. Modern, clean, great amenities in kitchen, and good views. Staff friendly, helpful and speak English well.

Whenever I am in Suzhou, this is my hotel of choice. Nice studio type apart/hotel rooms, Buffet breakfast is perfect...good selection and fresh. Staff is super helpful and friendly and speak good English. Nice, safe neighborhood.
