Clean, spacious and good service

Very nice hotel choice. The hotel lobby and surrounding Lakeview is very nice. The Lakeview rooms had a nice view. The Chinese restaurant with its high ceilings was beautiful. If you want a private room at the Chinese restaurant, make sure to reserve ahead of time and make the request for a Lakeview private room. A very nice hotel if you are looking for an all in one place to stay and don't want to venture too far. We stayed with our elderly parents in adjoining rooms, and it was a perfect choice since it is hard for them to walk too far outside the hotel. The hotel staff helped move us to adjoining rooms after we saw that our original rooms were too far from eachother. The facilities were very nice. Parking was super convenient.

Right by the convention center. 2 min walk. Not sure why Expedia says a 14 min drive.

Our room had an issue with water pressure for our toilet and the staff changed us to a new room with a beautiful view. Was very happy about the room with the view. I stayed before at this hotel. I remember there being some aromatherapy options you could ask for, but couldn’t seem to find it this time. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet very much. Crowne hotel is a good quality hotel. Would recommend it with confidence.

Great hotel, nice amenities, professional stuff. I loved how big bathrooms are and especially huge soaking tup. Conveniently located next to expo center.

It was very good and I will be back again

My first step into the lobby was greeted with a nice aroma that filled my nose with joy. Upon check in, I was at first a little skeptical as they says double beds is at another building away from the main building. Nevertheless went over to the north building about 2mins away from the main building, a little disappointed with the lobby as there’s no nice scent and honestly a little deserted. However, was greeted with a very spacious room with a comfy bed and a big big tub. A pity I only get to stay for 2 nights there. Would love to go back some day again.

Beautiful hotel near shopping and restaurants. Room was elegant and spacious. Television supports American viewers with a couple of American movie channels and CNN. The only negative is that the air conditioner didn’t work. I’m guessing that they turn them off in the colder months as a colleague staying in another room said the same thing for his room, but it was cool enough outside that I could open the windows and still be comfortable. Beds are nice, and there is an office chair and desk to work at with a comfy couch for relaxing. Would definitely stay here again.

Very luxurious. As soon as you walk into the lobby, you know this place has class. The pool was large and clean. The room was big enough for a blowup queen for my 2 girls. The breakfast was a feast. There is subway stop and many restaurants right outside. The only thing is that there isn't much else around, but the subway will help you get anywhere you want to in the city.

Enjoyable stay, Great Hotel

I have stayed in this hotel a few times now, mainly because it is conveniently located for my business trips. The hotel is clean, smart, stylish and very well maintained. The Staff are friendly and attentive, but mostly don't have a good command of English... not a problem really, it is China and they have their own language. The bar in the lobby behind reception is always pretty much empty, but very clean and well maintained and the service is great. The bedrooms are exceptionally clean and comfortable with all facilities you could ever want. My only bug was having to ask front desk to unlock my mini bar several times even though I had paid a substantial deposit. Also, had room service food twice, the first time left me feeling a little unwell; food not very well cooked. Only other observation is the lack of a spa in the hotel. After a very long day in a hot factory, would have been nice to avail myself of a nice massage. Most other hotels of this standard do have a spa, even other hotels in their chain. But overall, it's a really nice hotel.

The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the conference centre, a 15 minute bus ride to the Tianjin CBD, and within 20 to 30 minute ride by taxis to the train stations or the airport.

staffs need to learn what is respect.I paid my rent and all fees online but the hotel couldn't confirm it, so I they charged me twice for a night stay. When I try to solve the problem with the staff, she just told me "I can't help".Then,she continues her conversion on the phone with someone else about "what are you going to eat for lunch". WHAT? I know sometimes misunderstanding happens,but their attitude is really annoying. Hotel.com offers goood service as always,but I'll never stay in this hotel again.
