Everything was great, however there is not very much in the surrounding area. Certainly nothing within walking distance.

Loved this hotel! Very big room at a nice price. When I visit China again. I will definitely stay here!

Even though a small city, hotel is nice and quite close to everything.

Rooms are very clean & location has an awesome lake view

The property is what you would expect from an American resort. The only thing I would change is Americanize the swimming pool. (increase the temperature of the water and add some kiddo features like a slide and a kiddy pool). I would also like to see an American chef in the kitchen. American hamburgers don't have raw eggs but do have mustard and mayo. But after years of living in China this place with seem like heaven when compared to a Chinese hotel.

The service is very good and all staffs are very friendly. I can't find any other international brand in this area so I choose to stay here when I visit Xuzhou. However, I am satisfied with my choice.

This hotel is in a good area, next to a large park. I was told it is the best option for that city. It was not up to 5 star standards by any means. The beds were pretty hard and made it hard to sleep well. But the A/C actually worked which is more then I can say for many hotels in China. The place was not well maintained in some areas. But overall I'm sure for the area its good. This place is deep in China semi-rural area. I was literally the only American there so take this review from that perspective.

Overall a very pleasant stay. The area and nearby park is well kept, but not enough shopping or eateries around. Hotel restaurant is very expensive. Nearest shopping and food place is located at Wanda Plaza which cost around 15rmb.

It was ok however they really need to improve the quality of their food.

The environment was good. However, there was not anything within walking distance.

Arrived late first evening and been checked in a room with plywood bed...then discovered next morning they only had a few of them in the whole hotel, so got an upgrade to a suite for the following night. Great lake around but that's it. Thai restaurant had low stock and none of the 3 first meals we wanted to order. Great breakfast buffet, but ends at 10 sunday morning...

Great hotel with beautiful atmosphere & surrounding view.

Certainly a very nice hotel in a good location though not very central, however a 15 minute taxi ride will take you any where you want to go. Room was well appointed though far to warm and the airconditioning was not adjustable. Buffet was awful, food cold and unappetizing, breakfast was OK though not of the standard one would expect of Crowne.

2 days in that city i can say this is the best hotel in town, in a very nice area, very cold in some public areas, but i just did realized that is very common in some cities in China. But food is good specially when you do not want to eat local food

Isolated location, poor finishing touches to furniture and fittings, dirty bathtub, breakfast overstaffed with watchers not assisting, muzac too loud and dramatic, freezing cold sitting areas, extraordinarily long check in/check out, long wait for taxis and for goodness' sake, can the front staff tell the breakfast staff yes, we've already paid for breakfast? Nobody likes being hassled about it while eating. Thanks, hope this helps.

I really wasn't impressed with my stay in this hotel. Breakfast buffet was not good at all, food was very bland and lacked variety, even the coffee tasted stale. Their housekeeping staff need more training, the bathroom wasn't cleaned well and they didn't even re-stock the notepad in the room. I arrived somewhat late during my first night, and I had to deal with someone from the front desk who needs to learn how to convey genuine warmth and hospitality. No one even offered to help me with my bags. At the very least I expected to be led to the elevators but the front desk staff simply pointed it out. Lastly, even the fixtures/fittings weren't bolted properly, the towel rack fell when I tried to take one of the towels, it was more of a slight tug rather than a pull. It could have easily fallen on someone's head. A lot of improvement is really needed.

Nice and new,..little way from the city,..but very nice locale, helpful staff,..if can't speak Chinese suggest get good written details for taxi directions...
