Location was reasonably walking distance from Liangmaqiao station of Subway line 10. It has a big fx sign on top of the building so you won't miss in despite being situated in a minor street. Even the random taxi driver from tiananmen square knows how to get there. Staff are very friendly and was able to speak decent English to accommodate basic needs.

I had stayed in this hotel for two days (Oct 17 and 18, 2013) and was very happy overall. It is very close to subway, about 7 minutes walking. Outstanding services, very comfortable and excellent food; highly recommended. What I like the most is that the manager and the staff of this hotel are willing to help you in any way they can to make you happy.

The location is great. I dont feel there was any service in that hotel. U have to pay for all the service such as u have to pay another 98 rmb if u check out after 12. The room is ... I will say it was "ok" it's just a bed to sleep. I guess u get what u pay.

They claim that their computers are down so they can't find your Expedia.com reservation. They tell you to pay them directly and they will report to Expedia.com to refund your money. But then after many months of trying to get a refund, they deny that it happened. And no one speaks English so it's extremely frustrating and time consuming to get Chinese friends to help you fight for your money.

This is a 2/3 star hotel. Nothing to write home about. Not bad, but it's overpriced. Should be closer to $40, not $60. Hotel staff were professional overall but had problems figuring out how to copy a passport properly.

I went there from the airport. It costs some 60-80 RMB from T3. The check-in was smooth. I left the lights on during the night because the window-less room feels a bit depressing. Other than that, everything is good!

The room was like a sauna and even though they kept the lounge and the halls cool, my room was too hot to even sleep. I actually kept the door open, but locked, throughout the night. The shower head didn't work and the lady behind the service desk was very unaccommodating. I actually booked a NON-SMOKING room but they put me in a SMOKING-ROOM and told me that couldn't switch me because there were no more room available. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Overall good for a short stay. Windowless rooms are hard to tell if it is morning. Very clean for a hotel in China and the amenities are excellent such as potable bottled water and minifridge. Staffs' English is workable but limited so if you need greater details just walk over to the nearby Four Seasons or the Kempski hotel for better English. Beware of the prostitution cards that fall out of your hotel room door (this happens a lot in Beijing). Proximity to the subway is a major advantage. However, Beijing's subway is a hassle to use of itself. The subway stop is one stop away from the airport express that leaves for Beijing Capital airport.
