Nice, large and affordable rooms in the middle of an extremely dense shopping district offering just about any item one could need for an extended stay at a variety of price ranges. Tooth care and grooming kits provided along with a dish of fruit and a hand written welcome letter. A $400 yuan deposit is required upon check in and is returned at check out. Desk staff seems nominally proficient with english. A very good place to stay.

The staff was incredible and very attentive. The only two issues I had with the room itself were that the air-conditioning didn't blow cold air (they did bring in a small fan to help battle the heat) and that the sink and shower drains were VERY slow to drain. You will finish your shower foot-deep in your filthy water. The location is an older building with stains in the carpet, but the room was large and open.

Got a notice from the hotel on the second day of my stay saying there will be maintenance of the water tank from 1AM to 4AM. Woke up the next day around 7AM and there was no water so I couldn’t take a shower nor flush the toilet. Around 9AM water came but there was no hot water and it was brown. This continued until 10AM and I had to leave for the airport. Luckily I had some bottled drinking water so at least I was able to brush my teeth but very unhappy I wasn’t able to take a hot shower before checking out.

Been to Shenyang many times but this was the first time during the winter season. While it's cold outside but extremely warm inside. The windows can't be opened and although the AC is set to "cool" at 10 degrees C, it's still blowing warm air. Had to turn it off completely. There was a power outage one night around 12:10AM. Not sure it was the whole building or just the floor I was on. Got tired of waiting and went to sleep around 1:30AM. Woke up by a loud noise and noticed power was back on around 4AM.

Great location, 3 mins walk from HSR Shenyang Station. Counter service is so-so, took me 20mins to complete my check-in. The room is a bit old, but it's fair enough with this price.
