My memories of the Pullman Beijing South are excellent ones. In particular, there was a fantastic buffet lunch on both Saturday and Sunday. My room was clean, staff were most obliging, and the atmosphere great.

I stayed one night and was very impressed with the hotel. The buffet was great.
The only small issue is that there is no retail stores or restaurants nearby.

Pullman Beijing South was disappointing. My first room smelled like an airport smoking room. After changing to another room, it didn’t smell much better. Even the hallway had the same smell. The best part of the hotel was its lobby.

The hotel is obviously not more the newest.
However, the staff try their best to give you a good impression.
But also there are staff members, who rather prefer to disappear from an foreign customer, as to help or approach him.
Hotel is convenient located, close to a shopping mall with restaurants. Behind the hotel is a recommendable reasonable Italian restaurant.
The hotel Gym need some update too.
Also the rooms need to be updated, regarding internet speed and Foreign TV channels (HBO & CNN only, if the weather is good).
The bed is used up and it feels like a hammock. A replacement of the bed’s is highly recommended.
I’ve had the executive suite (1726).
Also the entire rooms need to have a modern makeover, at least for the prices…
As for the same price I’ve payed, I had a modern new hotel stay at e.g Shangri-La / Jen hotel or Marriot with better service/food/quality of stay.

I am not sure it"s pullman quality. Unbelievable.
It seems long time no refurbish the architecture decoration.
Death mosquito under glass.
Some of dust in bathtub that until 3rd day was cleaned.
Oil fill all of the elevator wall.
Only a entrance for people who walk.
Above conditions decrease expected the location that may suitable for vocation.
We are disappointed we were not to choose the Holliday Inn that on opposite.
