The staff went above and beyond to make me feel like I was visiting family rather than staying at a hotel. Their attention to detail was unparalleled—from the thoughtful gesture of placing shoe warmers in my shoes before I headed out, to ensuring that our room was always stocked with fresh snacks and fruit. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and deeply personal, leaving a lasting impression that I’ll cherish for years to come. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautifully curated antiques and art pieces that add to its unique character. Each room is individually decorated with care and elegance, making every space feel special. And the views? Absolutely breathtaking. Waking up to the serene landscape of DaLi was a dream come true.
