It’s a nice hotel and now with reasonable price . It’s a very quiet area with not much dining and sightseeing options . However it is very convenient to teach century avenue station which offers a lot of dining and shopping options .

Quite old hotel with aged facility, away from metro station. Bathtub blocked during every shower. Swimming pool was closed too, and there was no porter at the door. Not really a 4-star standard. Staff asked to pay ¥500 deposit because they were unsure whether have received payment from the platform…

The property hotel is good. But the staff keep insisting me to pay the hotel even though I have already made payment in Expedia.
After few argument I have no choice but to pay them. This is double charge. I want to check with Expedia but I can't find any. This is bad experience for me using Expedia.

This hotel uses a central air conditioning system and they turn off the air-con during the night, leaving only limited ventilation. Windows in room cannot be opened. Reflected this to the manager on duty, and the hotel provided no real solution.
In-room temperature at night is around 25 to 28°c. Woke up few times during the night due to the humidity and heat. Woke up with a rash and wet underwear in the morning.
Do not stay in this hotel.

My colleague and I stayed here for a week for work. The service is extraordinary and their check-out policies are the fairest I have experienced. I'm not a breakfast eater but did go for one day and it's a great spread.
The rooms are comfortable and the shower is wonderful. My only complaint is that they turn off the air conditioners so you cannot cool down the room, My room was between 25 and 27 degrees celsius, making it a bit of a challenge for sleeping.
The gym is well equipped with good machines and they have an active yoga studio with lots of options as well.

Great location in a very walkable part of Jinqiao Pudong Shanghai. Big room with a very comfortable bed. The hotel is a bit older and the design reflects this especially in the bathroom which is not well laid out and has no handheld shower spray. The place is very clean. The soap, towels, and other things are nice. The breakfast is good with a decent selection though it could use more dim sum items.

Good location for getting to Concordia international school shanghai. Views from upper floors are great. The apartments are good. We did notice that floor tiles in the bathroom did lack grout.
