Friendly staff, nice and comftable.

There is nothing I would complain about. Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Together with the included shuttle service and it was a perfect stay.

Basic rooms. Decent beds. AC worked great. Breakfast had american and chinese choices lots of options. Shuttles was on time and efficient. Stopped at 2 other hotels but was prompt. Arrived at aiport withing 30 mins of leaving hotel. Area around hotel was fine for the night. There is a KFC lawsons and family mart close by as well as some other food choices. Easy ro walk to them and back. Less than 5 min walk. They also offer shuttle to dis ey for free. Would stay again.

The staff didn’t speak English - check in was challenging even though I showed my paperwork. After a long flight, I wasn’t in the mood so I snatched their list and showed them. I didn’t do enough research - this hotel is an hour out of Shanghai. There are shops just around the corner - nobody spoke English and they just walked away when I started speaking. The free breakfast was great, hotel room comfortable

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, but as one other reviewer helpfully noted, be mindful of the timing if you are planning the shuttle to the airport to catch a flight. The shuttle will stop at other hotels to pick up other guests first before heading to the airport. This is not an issue as long as you plan ahead. Staff were helpful - would advise to use an online translator service for easier communication.

Helpful, English speaking staff.

Great value for money. The only thing we were disappointed with was that our room was clearly missing a fridge. If we stayed longer than 2 nights we would have requested to move but for a short stay was fine. Clean, tidy, great location for getting to and from the airport

Everything were good except the airport transfer part. I booked this hotel because it stated it was only 9 mins away from the Pudong Airport and we had an super early flight so I decided to book but when check in time, we were told that the whole journey to airport was 45 mins because they need to pick up other people from there other 2 hotels which I was not told when I asked them about airport transfer couple months back. Other then this, the place is clean and comfy.

I’ve received the utmost welcoming hospitality staying in this hotel. Small but compact and efficient. Will definitely come again. The shuttle bus is real and always on time!

The airport shuttle was not easy to find, and this is the only thing that needs improving; that is, how they describe where to get the shuttle within this huge airport.

The hotel is excellently appointed and the free shuttle service to and from the airport is excellent and can be used to link with the Shanghai Subway during your stay as well as to and from Pudong Airport. Everything was spotlessly clean and, apart from lack of coffee, the kettle and tea tray was also greatly appreciated. The surrounding shops and restaurants gave plenty of scope to feed yourself and the complimentary tea in the reception area was a superb little touch. Very reasonably priced for the standard and what you got. You would do well if you found better value for money.

Comfortable room but would appreciate if it was fitted with USB sockets for charging of phones, etc. Fairly decent breakfasts provided.

This is a very simple, but very good place to stay. The front desk staff are friendly and the shuttle service is on schedule.
