Strategic hotel location near the Metro Station, and there is a Family Mart next to the hotel and other small snack stores. Shoutout to the Concierge team, especially Hao Yong Zhong (if I'm not mistaken) for taking care of my broken luggage and supporting me to book a taxi to my other destination. All I can say is The Eton is worth the money.

One of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. Best service and best location. It is very near the metro subway Pudong Avenue; if you have no luggage, you can take exit 1, but if you have luggage, then take exit 6. They have a very wide window, so you can see the Huang Pu River and city view. There are a convenience store, restaurant, and Mixue attached to the hotel. I will come back to this hotel if I go to Shanghai.

This is one of the best money spent on a 5-star hotel for me. For less than $100, we got a spacious room with a bathtub, nice amenities, a powerful hairdryer, and a great view of Shanghai. And also free breakfast with plenty of variety of foods! Nicely located as well. Only a few minor downsides like the shower head is too narrow, breakfast was average tasting. Definitely would stay here again if I plan to go to Shanghai again in the future.

I could only communicate with the reservation website staff through the APP, which took about an hour to resolve. Fortunately, I was upgraded in the end, which slightly relieved my unpleasant mood.

Stay 5 nights in room with river view, the view was great, but the room was not the cleanest, the bathroom and toilet were not very clean. There was sense of smoke 1 night, in the middle of the night, may have come through the A/C system, find it hard to breath. Breakfast have limited selection, not enough varieties.

Always my go to hotel when I’m back to Shanghai to attend a convention at SNIEC, as it’s quite close to the venue. Room is clean. Hotel is very helpful is receiving and keeping ok behalf for all the Taobao deliveries. Will always come back to stay again

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great location, only a few steps away from closest subway station. Mini markets and quick eateries right next to the hotel. The hotel is definitely outdated and needs renovation but clean. No self service laundry facilities. Breakfast options just average in my opinion. Hot food is not really hot but rather warm maybe for safety reasons? It seems western food has better quality than eastern.

Despite my online booking of 'breakfast included' on hotels.com, the booking information on their end said 'no breakfast', but when I pointed it out, they quickly checked it and adjusted it. Subway station right outside of the hotel. 7-11 mart, some takeaway food places, and bubbletea?place next to the hotel. Lobby looked nice. Room was spacious and clean, but it was older and more worn. You could hear the AC/fan vent when you adjusted temperature and it took awhile for it to cool the room. Nice skyline view. Breakfast was good with lots of seating areas. Good price.
