Excellent hotel with very good location. Close to MixC shopping mall and Fourth May Square. Big breakfast dining room with plenty of choices. Will come back when I’m in Qingdao.

A great location with a short walk to some good sights to see nearby and easy access to the metro to get you further afield in and around Qingdao. An excellent standard of accommodation with comfortable bed spacious rooms and fully equipped bathroom. Morning coffee (Starbucks) attached to the hotel, which was perfect for our mornings.

Firstly, staffs were generally working in very low energy. F&B were typical failures part. I can see their manager walking around just to talk to her friends rather pay attentions to general details. Quality also extremely low. This is absolutely not a 5 stars hotel anyone can expect

Booked for my parents and grandma. The front desk girl told them there’s complimentary breakfast when checking in. My parents didn’t asked and it’s totally ok if they didn’t say so. However when they went for breakfast the following day they were told that it was impossible and nobody would give them free breakfast. As I said we understand we didn’t pay for the breakfast when we booked rooms and we didn’t have to eat at hotel, but the way they treated us and responded didn’t make any sense. Hope they can do better in communicating with customers.

The hotel is one of the leading brands in the industry, unfortunately it was a disappointing experience, checked in with a room of cigarettes smell, strong odor, shocking that Westin would rent out a room in such condition for nearly $200 a night in Qingdao, China

No concierge or bell boy met us upon arrival. We were finally directed to the front desk for check-in, then abandoned to find our room on our own, with no explanation of the room or facility...never had that happen in a "5 star" hotel before. Breakfast buffet was easily the worst of any western hotel I've tried in China...food cold, strange flavors, not refilled...and a very strange layout which obscured many of the offerings.

This hotel is in the heart of new city next to May 4th Square. It is very easy to walk to many major attractions from there. It is also right next to the subway station. Half a block away, there is a shopping mall hosts many excellent restaurants. The hotel is excellent. Room is clean and comfortable. The only negative is that there are so many people during the breakfast, and it is kind of crowded. I guess the breakfast is included for every guest.

Excellent customer service. Only thing was fiddling of the temperature control buttons. Comfortable beds but rather squeezy for 2 ersons on a double bed. Restaurant breakfast was good with a friendly male manager. Great location
