You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• Deposit: COP 500000 per accommodation, per stay
• Cleaning fee: COP 100000 per accommodation, per stay (varies per unit)
• Residents must pay VAT (19%) at the property. Travelers on a tourist visa are generally not required to pay VAT. VAT exemption eligibility will be assessed at the property and travelers may need to present their passport and tourist visa. The VAT may be charged where the room is shared by a taxable and non-taxable guest.
