Our room was with jacuzzi and it was clean and with lots of little cool things, like a tv wall that rotates. The restaurant has good variety of dishes, staff was always helpful

I loved the service of the staff up front at the desk--10 points. The housekeeping staff is brilliant. The breakfast staff is also amazing. I highly recommend this stay as one of the nicest. Great value too.

The check in is tricky because it's a 4pm. I was able to use the gym but its not really a gym, the elliptical was making a horrible sound. Some of the staff were nice and some of them we not great. Only some spoke English. It was hard to book the spa because of it. The room was nice but you can hear everything going on, you can hear the bars and venue upstairs at night until 3am (bot too bad), there was a school group that kept running in the hallway overnight (annoying but alright), the problem was the sound check or people doing karaoke at 6am that I could hear crystal clear from my room, the dejeuner was alright but a bit basic, the room was clean, but the electricity stopped many times which was annoying. So this hotel can be a back up but wouldnt be my first option. I picked it because it was so close to the conference center and that was great.
