I stayed in room 202! The bed is terrible!

On the last day, there was a miscommunication as we had asked for an additional night and paid upon requesting it but when trying to check out they were trying to charge me again. I had to show both receipts one from Expedia and one from the actual hotel. I lost an uber driver due to having to wait to resolve the issue. This room also does not come with a fridge or ac in units.

Quiet location

Great location!

It was always smelling clean as soon as you entered the building. Only issue - need to change the towels either every 2/3 days. The staff were always friendly.

I booked this hotel for business purpose. However, I had to leave because the place was very dirty .

Very clean, lovely people, very reasonable price & an easy walk from the Javeriana.

Hotel was below average. When we first checked in we got 1/4 rooms we booked the other 3 were the wrong rooms. One of the rooms smelled like sewage. We went down and told them and they argued and gave us another room. However, the next time we go to the lobby they told us they cleaned the initial room and that we would have to move back in because another party needed the room we were placed in. All they did was spray some cleaning solution to mask the smell. We told them no and they argued again. Fast forward to the next day. Once again they told us we had to move back into the sewage room and we told them no and they were about to make us move into there until we told them we are going to leave. Overall terrible stay, customer service, and cleanliness. Never going back!

Large room and bed and lots of closet space. Very small bathroom. Room was not serviced for first several days.

Nice hotel. Good value for the money but it could improve cleanliness of room especially the bed linen. It looks like it wasn’t changed.

I arrived at the hotel and checked in. Check in was fast. I went to room and the room smelled like moisture. I checked the room and found water running down the wall and mold. I went to the lobby to complain and the receptionist told she would call the manager. The manager said they are not giving me my money back. I left the hotel

I liked that the hotel is on walking distance of the centrum of Bogota. What I didn't like is the neighboorhood.Lots of homeless people walking near the hotel. My sheets weren't changed for the whole week. I saw a stain on the first the and it remained like that for a whole week. They did clean the room everyday and made the bed. The shower hose was broken and it wasn't fixed, I even mentioned this to the hotel staff. Breakfast is poor. No variation, everyday the same and with little choice.

They should call this the Jail Hotel, because the front door stays locked. You have to ask permission and give your room number if you want to leave. You have to wait on the worker to walk around and let you out. If you want back in, hopefully the worker isn't busy doing something or you'll just be standing there waiting. You have to wait until they walk around the desk to come let you in regardless. Other than that, the windows are very thin. Cold room. Lots of street noise. Not sleep-walker friendly either; you could easily fall out of the window to your death. No sort of safety features. The toilet seat is a woman's dream. It won't stay up. It's purposely designed that way. You have to hold it up with your hand. The water pressure is very inconsistent and never very good. What use is a fancy massage head without the pressure to make it effective? They told me the reason that refrigerators in the room were advertised, but there were none is due to Covid. I'm all about Covid precautions, but that doesn't make any sense. There is no heat, and not even a fan! Mind-boggling at the price they want. I'd still never return if this place were a quarter of the price. The carpet is very old. The bed is either very old, or just of poor quality. Worst hotel bed I've ever slept in. Deep valley forms. I didn't get much sleep b/c of the bed, cold, & street noise. All this, & I paid extra for a "superior" room. There's more wrong with this place, but out of characters.
